David called 10 minutes before arriving for the service to let us know he was enroute. He was very thorough and professional and finished in under an hour.
Take out a loan before they come! CRAZY RIDICULOUS HIGH RATES!! I had them remove a faucet and garbage disposal so I could have granite installed. This call was $79. Reasonable. I contacted them to come back and install a faucet I provided and reinstall disposal and drainage plumbing. Since they would be there had a couple of shower heads I provided I wanted installed. Gave me an estimate before they started - thank God - so I could eliminate the shower head installation ($340) and cleaning bathtub drain ($500). Thanks, I'll buy some more Draino! I was stuck with no sink and live out of town so was trapped (and they knew it) so paid $900+ to get the faucet and plumbing hooked back up. I will never recommend or use them again. Except if I have a problem with their work as they generously pointed out I have a warranty for 1 year. Great and I also am out about $600 more than I should be for that work! Stay away!
I had Chief Bauer called out Friday night due to no AC. The techs were very nice, but were here less than 10 minutes to tell me I needed a full replacement of my HVAC system ranging from 14-22k. I asked about any repairs and they said that’d be in the several thousand range/not worth given the age. That’s understandable. I called another company Saturday morning. They were able to provide me a very reasonably priced temporary solution(also found 2 things wrong, not just the 1 Chief Bauer found), a quote for a top of the line new HE HVAC system with financing for less than the starting price (baseline package) of Chief Bauer. The techs said I’d have quotes for the repair option and fully replace options Friday night or Saturday. I still have not gotten them, and have since went with the honest, reliable company I called on Saturday. Personally feel I should be refunded the “service” and “diagnostic” fee from Chief Bauer.
Every service man they have sent has been professional and friendly. They have always done an excellent job. We highly recommend them.
We have used Chief/Bauer for 5 years, they installed our new Heating/AC unit and have serviced it every 6 months since. Never a problem, and the techs always show up right at the start of the 2 hour service window.
When they installed the new air conditioner they took time to fix the sheet metal work the warranty company did on a new furnace installed last year. The whole thing looked so much better. No one has ever brought rugs to lay down so as not to get floor dirty and left the site this clean. True professionals.
Service Experts maintained my HVAC system for 10 years. Yesterday, Aidan performed the Spring tuneup. I gave him the 5 Gold Stars award - the highest possible for excellent thorough work.
Brian and Christian were easy to work with and got my home’s plumbing all squared away quickly!
The people at Chief/Bauer saved us from a sure to be sweltering summer of suffering! Our AC unit and furnace went down and with them being 32 years old, we needed new equipment installed. They had someone out to inspect the issue on Tuesday (5/30/23) and had an amazing crew including Mark and Josh out the very next day (5/31/23)! We cannot thank them enough for the speedy and friendly service they provided! They are an absolute top tier company and everyone involved deserves 5 gold stars and more!

David and Bob looked over my AC unit and found a capacitor going bad and replaced it and did a good job, my AC works and good to go for the summer!
We have used Chief Bauer for MANY services and have been extremely happy with their techs, service, and products. Mike installed the new furnace and has come back for the free filters and maintenance every 6 months. We also asked about vent cleaning as our new home had been previously rented out for a number of years. We were pleasantly surprised when their quote was thousands of dollars cheaper than another vent cleaning business. James & Ethan were professional, answered all our questions, and did an excellent job.They showed us all the dirt and dust that was in our vents and we hope to have less dust and allergens in our home and air. We highly recommend Chief Bauer!
He asked me questions about how the system was working. If I wasn't sure of what he was talking about, he clarified the question for me to understand and answer. He was kind and considerate, I was comfortable with him. My person was Aidan McNichols. I will call you again for my HVAC service. The persons who came first (a few days ago) let me know that I could get the service contract that I wanted, that's a plus for me.
