I was happy to see a serviceman who has done work for me in the past. He is very professional, definitely knows his craft and is straightforward and honest. He replaced two hose spigots. He had to go down in the crawl space to do so. Both work perfectly, easy to turn on and off and no leaks. I continue to be very pleased with Lanz service.
They responded very quickly and got our sewer drain running again.
Have always had a good experience with this company. Recently, took care of my problem in a few minutes. Fixed what a mouse destroyed.

Quick repair to a leaky pipe! The workman found the problem and fixed it within 2 hours of my initial phone call!
Lanz has been an amazing company to work with. In November of 2021 I had Kurt out to our home to provide me with a few estimates for potential upgrades to our homes HVAC System. My daughter has some pretty severe allergies and living in the country does not help. He spoke with me at length about different options and as I work with indoor air quality, respirators and other HVAC adjacent concepts spoke to me as more of a colleague during this visit. This was extremely reassuring for me and my wife, as with any sales person you want to know that they know what they are talking about and that they are not “just selling you something to sell it to you.” After the visit he did exactly what he said he would do provided me with a few options and quotes to mull over in a VERY timely manner. Now comes the fun part of the story, about 2.5 weeks after I had the quotes my existing furnace just quit. It was a Saturday morning when we noticed and now it was December. I had Kurt’s company cell and I decided to give him a call though not expecting him to answer. Boy was I wrong, he picked up and was ready and responded with zero hesitation. They had a service technician to the house to evaluate the issue and tell us that the unit was not safe to use. Upon hearing the news he offered to bring out heaters so my family could at least stay warm over the weekend. And then first thing Monday morning he called and helped me creat a game plan to get things upgraded, all at no additional cost for the Saturday call out or the estimates since it was now emergent. Everything after that went off without a hitch. The service technicians are amazing and the service plan is very reasonable as well. I would after just over 18months still give Lanz and their staff a 10/10. I would also and do recommend them to my friends and family!
We had a sump pump failure due to an electrical short that flooded our finished basement. Lanz installed a water-powered backup sump and Night Eye system that provides backup to our sump should the power ever go out. The Night Eye monitors the system and sends us texts to our phones on any interruption to power or if the backup sump is running. Thank you Lanz for giving my wife peace-of-mind and getting me out of the dog house.
My AC went out on a 90+ degree day, I called and Lanz was there within an hour. Zac was super helpful and fixed the AC with half an hour. Definitely recommend , Great work!
Great experience. Responsive, timely, helpful. The agent that helped with my toilet that was backed up even suggested an items to buy so that I could do a bit more troubleshooting in the future.

Happy with the overall experience of working with Lanz, our first time. We had issues with the AC, Nick was the service provider and he was excellent. He was on time, diagnosed the issue, worked on fixing it got everything up and running. He did a great job and was a pleasure to work with.
They did a good job as far as I can tell. They were polite and professional. We had both HVAC and plumbing seasonal check ups. The plumbing expert found the master toilet was leaking, so replaced the inner works and it is good now so we aren’t using extra water through a leak.
Kyle, Terry, and Shannon did a fantastic job and it cost less than I expected. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
Lanz, Inc has been excellent over the years we have used their service. I really appreciate their company ethics and all the cheerful, friendly voices on the other end of the phone when I need to call for service. Also, I am very grateful for their knowledgeable and well trained technicians that I trust to do our work. Thanks Troy—great company👍🏼👍🏼. While preps for flooring repairs in bathroom, discovered cracks in sink drains and had to remove toilet for for flooring repair. Called Lanz to estimate repair. Phillip arrived within an hour to inspect the repair needs and said he could return when we were ready to complete the plumbing repairs and toilet install. Returned only a day after I called and completed all repairs with great efficiency. Lanz is my go to for plumbing repairs.
Arrived earlier than estimated and quickly fixed the air conditioning. They were pleasant and respectful of the property as well as efficient.
Every time we've run into any issue, Lanz ALWAYS responds promptly and professionally. They've made us feel appreciated while also taking care of our issues (new homeowners, older home= issues sometimes). This past weekend we called on a Saturday evening. The tech called us back quickly and while HE and Lanz couldn't help, he KINDLY sent us the name of two others who may be able to help. And! He was right! He put us to someone who can help and potentially at a fraction of the cost. Lanz saves the day for us yet again! And they'll do the same for you. They're the only one we'll call
Having septic problems. Everyone at their Underground Solutions part of the business is worthy of high praise. They are truly helping me determine MY best solution, not theirs. Honesty and integrity are high on my list. Big thumbs up for these guys.
We had Lanz put in a new air conditioning and heating system a few years ago…. They did an excellent job and we have been very satisfied with our unit and their maintenance program! Highly recommend!
