We appreciate the crew at Duncan Supply! They always go out of their way to make sure we're taken care of. On many occasions, Jason has responded to emails and phone calls after hours.
Great Customer Service! I have had several roles in the HVAC&R field, and have relied on Duncan Supply during all. Great Salesmanship! Jason,Jeff, and crew always take care of me. Over the years, my customers have benefited greatly from their dedication! Great Equipment Support! Recently, I had several setup issues on some new high end AC equipment. Aaron, had the answers to bring it home! I always enjoy doing business with Duncan Supply.
I have always been treated with the utmost respect. These guys are professionals. Always helpful and go above and beyond with their customers. Not everyone can buy from there since they are a wholesale only company. Sad that someone would write a poor review and lie to the public about it.

Terrible Custumer service! Jeff Jones was very rude and didn't offer any help on finding parts for me. Instead he laughed when I asked a simple question. The other guy was shouting racist slurs and was very unprofessional!! Buyer beware of Duncan Supply.
Duncan's has been our dealer for years. Excellent customer service.
