Bratcher went above and beyond with their service. Kirk made sure I was informed, he was available for all my questions, and was super kind through the whole process. The install crew was timely, professional, and super detailed. Highly recommend!!
Bratcher sent Dan Crafton upon our request to quote a replacement of the heater furnace and AC. He came to our house in Urbana and wore shoes sleeves before entering our home, that was a surprise to us as other company's sale did not. In addition to that, Dan was measuring all the dimension of the heater before quoting the price, other company's sale just told us would cause approximate price without made the measurement as Dan did. He was serious about his job and respect customer, answering all the questions that my wife had though we have not even committed to give this job to Bratcher. He was not pushy, while others would not response to our quote request due to new year. We satisfy with the job and the technicians sent to do the job was courteous also. It is our first time dealing with Bratcher no complain and highly recommend Dan and his team.
I was panicking. The furnace was not keeping up with the thermostat. A brutal Arctic storm was approaching with windchills well below zero. I called Bratchers. Our tech John arrived by 4 pm just as the temperature was plummeting and the blizzard was winding up. John had us sorted and fixed in under an hour. He and Bratchers literally saved us from possible peril. Thanks so much.

We got a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Bratcher's Heating and Air Conditioning. Bratcher's service was excellent. Mr. Kirk Donovan managed to keep things on track and answered any questions we had. Their offer was reasonable and their installation team Mr. Jacob Johnson, Chants, Tracey did a great job. We are very satisfied. We are delighted to have found this company and we will be introducing Bratchers to all of our acquaintances. Thank you.
Arrived EARLY installed AC unit and new thermostat and I barely knew they were there. Price was excellent. The person giving me the quote knew his stuff and actually didn’t push me towards things I didn’t need, which wasn’t true for some of the others. Fast, professional, and really good value. Can’t say anything bad about my experience.

I am beyond thankful for John, Kirk, and the whole Bratcher Team; I would HIGHLY recommend them and will continue to utilize their services, because of the experience I had with them. I am a first time home owner and dealing with significant health issues. When my heat went out, I felt inundated with anxiety, stress, and worry. John and Kirk showed me so much kindness, respect, and were very thorough in explaining the repair and installation process so that I knew what to expect. My heat was installed in a very timely and efficient manner, and this has reduced my anxiety about my heating system malfunctioning. Again, I highly recommend Bratcher, because they are kind, person-centered, professional, thorough and very efficient.

My old system would no longer respond to repairs. Bratcher was able to install a new furnace and thermostat the next day. The gentlemen arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. and were thoughtful of the very cold conditions. They minimized the number of trips in and out of the house. They were very courteous and kept me informed of their progress.
The Bratcher rep took the time to understand what needed improved in my old system and then made a recommendation on the new system that would satisfy my needs. The crew that installed the system was very professional and efficient in getting the job done. In the past I have needed my old system repaired. It was those experiences with the people who came to my house for the repairs that influenced my decision to go with Bratcher's for my new system.
Excellent communication by the Sales Rep. Courteous, efficient service at a comparatively reasonable price. Would highly recommend them.

I had a new furnace/ac installed a few weeks ago. Everything seems to be working well. I would recommend Bratcher.
I shopped around a lot before settling on Bratcher and after going through the process I am glad I went with them. Their price and quality of equipment were the best I found and the install, sell and follow-up were very professional and it was obvious they took my project and my satisfaction very serious. I received many follow-ups to ensure I was satisfied with my new system and they addressed and resolved all of my concerns.
The installation procedures this company uses are very poor and unsatisfactory. I had a employee bump into a unit mounted on brackets using very small self tapping screws. See picture below. I had 2 other companies look at the installation and both said it was installed unsafe. I went a head and replaced unit for the customer because we are a legitimate company and felt it was the right thing to do. Regardless if the instaIion was the reason the unit was damaged. We did not want to use this company again for the installation but the customer insisted and also said it would be addressed with the new unit being installed. Went and check the unit out once it was installed and it was installed the exact same way. I would not recommend this company for any ac installations. Can't speak to other services.
