217 Inc has provided us professional and fair HVAC and plumbing services multiple times. Most recently they replaced our AC and worked with the existing heating system. Very friendly as well!
217 was great through the entire process! They were able to quickly find the issue with our AC, provide a temporary solution while we gathered quotes for full AC/Furnace replacement. We ended up going with 217 for a whole new system. They were able to order/install within 3 days, were on time, and really took the time to explain everything through the process of repair/replacement.
217 for the win!!! Hands-down the best there is and plan to call them with any future concerns or issues I may have. Pat and Manny came over to check things out at the last minute on a Friday within a couple hours of me calling to address some unexpected HVAC and duct concerns that needed some quick attention. So grateful for them. Pat did a very thorough inspection an and explained everything he found to me as he went. He gave me his recommendations, answered all my questions, and left me with some peace of mind. They were both very personable, professional and even great with my daughter! She’s not typically one to take to new people easily, but they were so sweet she was pulling their hands trying to get them to stay! Thank you guys so much!
A technician came out the same day I called and check out the system. The staff in the office and technician were very efficient, courteous and professional. I will definitely be calling them back.

Called them for plumbing help and they were excellent, and then again to repair damaged drywall. Shane and Trevor were an excellent crew - professional, courteous and quick. They did an fantastic job with the repairs and painting I'm extremely happy with how the project turned out. Thanks guys! Follow up June 2023 - I needed my A/C checked and Jordan did an excellent and efficient job. I appreciate that he diagnosed and offered solutions to my actual problem without immediately trying to see me a new furnace. (Unlike some other HVAC companies I've used ಠ_ಠ)
Hoping to get one more season out of my CACU before replacing my entire HVAC, Pat did all he could to possibly help extend the life of the old beast. He got her going with no promises and a very affordable list of options should it go out again. He understood my timeline for renovations and worked with that. I have 2 homes in renovation, I will 100% be using 217 Inc for a variety of work!

Very responsive and worked quickly. They were very professional. My only gripe is that I was charged $105 for 2 guys being there for 5 minutes. Otherwise it was a Great experience.
The owner, Lucas, is amazing! With inflation, he understood our circumstances. The receptionist, I can’t recall her name, was so on the ball. With the heat coming fast, she got a crew out here to replace our AC unit within 24-48 hours- at most. The crew replacing our ancient unit, Seth and Rich, were so professional. Unfortunately I held them up a bit by feeding their faces for the hard work in the heat. The company is honest, professional and legit. I highly 100% recommend them to anyone needing an A/C replacement or tune up. In the future, we WILL use them for our furnace upgrade. Thank you so much and keep up the top quality work!
Zach did a great job hooking up my heat pump/ electric water heater. He was also very professional and he did answer my questions and he took a couple suggestions i had like extending the cooper line so I can reach the house water shut off value that was behind the water heater.

217, Inc. has really nice employees; from those who answer the phone, schedule and perform the job. Our technician, Greg, communicated to me well, was on time every time, and got the job done. There was a hefty price tag involved, and I didn't get to compare what it may have cost to have someone else do it, but I feel like it was worth it. We will be using them again.

217 inc (Patrick) replaced the flue pipe to our water heater, and Tanner replaced both of our outside water spigots as well as replacing a shut-off valve in our crawl space. Both jobs were handled professionally and explained well.
The guys were very professional and speedy with the install of new ac and furnace. Answered all my questions and even went and bought me a filter to get me going! Thanks again for my new system!
