We are very happy with everything they did. We liked everything about them. We were very happy with our technician. He was great. He was on time. He was clean. He was thorough. He was everything. We would definitely use them again in the future if we needed some work done.
From the initial meeting with Ted, the Sales Consultant, I knew I would be choosing Green Air Care for my HVAC installation. Ted was very thorough explaining every detail of the installation and also did a video for the installers. Prior to the installation I received an e-mail indicating how the process would go and that I would receive a phone call the day prior to confirm the arrival time of the crew. When the installers arrived, we did a walk-around and they got right to work. The crew of David and Cesar were very courteous and personable. They did a phenomenal job. From start to finish, it was a flawless experience! I would not hesitate to recommend Green Air Care to anyone!
Very smoothly. Brought the required 30 foot ladder. This may not seem like a big deal, but I've had technicians show up without one despite my very specific request. Prompt service, showed up on time, and very professional.
Had our water heater go out on us on a Friday. Green Air Care had someone here Saturday morning, to evaluate. Had to wait until Monday, 10/1. They did terrific work. The were done and cleaned up in no time.
Clay came out same day. He and the office staff are very professional, very nice to work with and everything was easy. Also very covid compliant which I appreciated. We highly recommend them. Also Bradford White is American made and top rated.
Erik came over to my residence recently to install a new gas water heater as mine had started to fail. Erik provided me tons of information on what each component does, and I felt very confident in his ability to install the water heater. It was also great to find out that Erik is a Navy Veteran as we were talking during the installation process, as I am as well. Kudos to the company for hiring veterans! The price was well within the quote when I called and asked. Would definitely recommend!
We needed an urgent gas water heater replacement. When I called at 6am, they provided a very fair quote over the phone and sent Erik that morning. I am so pleased with the quality of Trevor’s work, along with his professionalism! Would highly recommend Green Air Care to family and friends!
Green Air Care, was wonderful to work with. They responded quickly to my call for Help! My water heater was replaced within hours of me noticing that we were having a problem. Our technician, Slaw. was wonderful and quite professional, yet personable all at the same time. His work is impeccable. I recommend this company 100%! I called Green Air Care concerning installation of a new water heater because my existing water heater was approximately 16 years old and producing only room temperature water. The company was able to deliver a new water heater to my home in approximately four hours. The technician, Slaw, was very friendly and informative, and efficiently removed the existing water heater and installed the new one. I could not have received better service and the cost, in my opinion, was very reasonable. I will definitely use Green Air Care if I ever need another replacement.
This was a rental unit that had a household warranty on the appliances. The old unit was 20 years old and when I had it repaired by another company the year before they tried three times and were unable to fix it. They said that the warranty company would only pay to fix it even though it really needed to be replaced. After replacement of the compressor, I called the warranty company for another fix. They sent me to Green Air Care. They came down when they said they would, said the unit needed to be replaced and recommended that to the warranty company and they agreed to replace it. My cost was to bring the electrical up to code, craine to place the unit on the roof, and a new platform. The company is great. the estimate was right on and I just recommended them to a neighbor this morning.
Saul was the technician that came to replace water heater. He was friendly professional and did an amazing job. Appreciate the speedy response from company about 12 hours after reported problem and new water heater installed. Great job Saul.

Contacted through my home warranty company. They responded almost immediately after calling in for repair. The technicians were professional, polite, and seemed to know their business. They did not try to up sell me at all.
