Is this company still in existence? I've tried reaching out to schedule annual maintenance but am not able to get through to any of their listed numbers.

I hired this company because I had used them at my old house. We hired them to install 2 new furnaces and 2 new AC units. after 2 months, our thermostat wasn't working and the one of the AC units was short cycling. I tried calling, emailing, and texting the guy who was the sales rep (Rafael Zeitunian). No response. Then I had another guy come from a different company come check on things. He pointed out that everything was installed incorrectly and that American Standard wouldn't even allow this company to install their products if they knew how bad of a job they did. $1500 later, I'm hoping I didn't get completely scammed, but it seems likely. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I was owed $50.00 for overpaying slightly for a small job. They sent me a check for the money, but when I tried to deposit it, the bank sent it back to me for them not having sufficient funds in their account!! Now I'm out 65 bucks and they don't answer my phone calls. Their message says "goodbye " and then hangs up!! I guess they flew the coop!! Very unprofessional of them.

They installed a new furnace and air conditioner 3 years ago. I've had both serviced by them every six months since. At first their service was really great. However I tried turning on my A/C and it's not working, so I've tried reaching the company via phone calls and online. No response. I understand they are busy with the hot weather, and will probably take a few days until they can come out to fix the A/C, but they haven't returned phone calls and I can't even make an appointment. I called another local company and got an appointment for today. POSTSCRIPT: We just got an reply to our email from Grand Comfort: "Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately we do not have any technicians available for the next two weeks." Totally unacceptable response!

Call them 2x to go out to look at our business A/C and they never returned my calls. Called another company and they were able to give me an appointment while I was on the phone.

My central air and furnace needed to be replaced. I solicited bids from several suppliers. From the get go, I had a very positive experience with Grand Comfort Plumbing. It was seamless in scheduling a free estimate, to scheduling an install date and, finally the execution of the installation. Jesse the estimate and install guy was very thorough in his explanation and was very knowledgeable! Jesse did a terrific job in installing the units! Nicole the office contact was very helpful and professional. I am very happy in choosing Grand Comfort. I have no hesitation in referring my friends and family to use Grand Comfort Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning! Five stars!

I called Grand Comfort Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning to get a quote for a new furnace and A/C unit. They scheduled a 2 hour window to come out to the house and they never showed up. They did call later in the day and said they can be there in 45 min but I could not make it so we rescheduled for another 2 hour window the following day. They never arrived and never called me back. If they are this bad at keeping appointments I don’t want to find out how they handle the rest of the work.

This company failed at almost every step. We selected them because of good ratings, especially as an American Standard dealer. In retrospect, I believe poor reviews may have been filtered since so many thing went wrong with our purchase and install. 1. Quoted a furnace/ ac replacement where the installation in a hallway closet made quiet operation number 1. Replaced a 20 year old unit with a new 80% unit which was marketed as a super quiet cabinet enclosure. 2. Installation delayed 3. Installation tech put the unit incorrectly so airflow was backwards. Tech claimed he had to install it that way because his office did not supply the down flow adapter. So rather than get the venting adapter as required, they installed it as up flow. Unbelievable. The tech returned at 7am Mother's Day to remove the unit, flip it correctly and reinstall with the adapter. 4. Exhaust vent completely blocked the ability to change the filter. Had to point this out to the tech who then corrected the problem. He would not have done so without me interceding. 5. Noise level during heating is nearly 80db. That is super loud and completely disregarded our #1 request...a quiet unit. 6. When cooling season arrived 4 weeks later, the unit kept shutting down. Turns out the tech did not hook it up to the Nest thermostat correctly. Different tech returned and corrected the problem. Short story is we decided to chose this company because of their certification with American Standard vs going with an smaller independent contractor. Boy were we wrong. We reached out to the company and owner. Each time they fixed what they screwed up except our number one request, quiet. Ironically they have been quiet on that issue. Even with all our preparation and research we got boned through the whole process.

Despite a hang up with another job, the technician still came out for an estimate for a project. Quick and prompt estimate

I hired Grand Comfort Plumbing on 3/7/30. They told me that they would rid me of my complaints of standing water in my crawlspace; the stench from the standing water; and, the gnats that were coming through the ventilation. They also told me that they would cement over pipe underneath kitchen sink so that rodents would no longer be able to get into the crawl space. My crawl space still has standing water and my home smells like wet rodents; I have gnats throughout my home especially in all rooms on the lower level which is closest to the furnace. The odors give me headaches and bad sinus problems which I explained the first day that they came out. I was told that the cost to take care of it would be $3500 with dwnpymt of $1750. I continuously asked them for the videos and pictures of the work from beginning to end and was assured many times that they had and were continuing to take videos and pictures. Also, they told me that they deal directly with my insurance company and currently had 5 people with my same insurance so they knew how to work with them. I wound up paying Grand Comfort, after 4 estimates for the same job $13,000 instead of $3500 which was the original quote. They told me that they found a busted pipe in the crawl space and would repair it and resurface the floor. PICTURES AND VIDEOS PROMISED WERE NEVER TAKEN. I believe it's because they scammed me. I continue to have the same exact problems that they said they would repair. When I kept asking for the pictures and videos they came out after I made the final payment to them and stuck a camer into the pipe they installed into my front yard and shoved it down the pipe and told me to send "that" video to my insurance company. I want my money back. Of course I do not believe there was ever a broken pipe in my crawl space. I have contacted Grand Comfort numerous times and recieved promises that they would send someone out to remedy the situation TO NO AVAIL-THEY NEVER SENT ANYONE OUT TO DO THE WORK THAT TH

Jesse was the installer. Very respectful very smart was able to answer any question that we had. The entire experience we had with the company was the best experience we every had. From giving me a discount for being a veteran and getting me 6 years no interest on my payments and the best is the 10 year bumber to bumper on parts and labor shows me this a company that believes in their products. I would recommend Grand Comfort to anyone and everyone that needs your services. I feel on a scale of 1 to 10 your company rates an 11. I can't tell you how pleased we are. Please keep up the great work we need more companies like Grand Comfort Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. Sincerely Jim Kennedy

They were able to come out pretty quickly when my unit was having issues and Gary, their technician, was great. However, When we found out we had to have the unit replaced, we were approved for financing - but they went ahead and charged the full amount of install before we even had an appointment set up for the new unit. I had to call them to schedule the new unit's install, which was a hassle. The tech, Jesse, then canceled at the end of my window for the install and stated that i would get a discount and he would have the office send confirmation of the discount in an email - this never happened. Jesse and a trainee installed the unit but did not replace the line that went into the house - i was told the full line and everything would be replaced since they did not know where the leak was in the first place - which is why i needed the new unit. They were nice and left and said their supervisor would be by in 20 minutes to inspect their work and have me sign off. Isaac, their supervisor, showed up more than 4 hours later. Refused to actually look at the unit to inspect it, he just kept telling me that he reviewed the photos they sent. Wouldn't say anything about the discount or that it was even promised. He also could not explain why the unit was taking so long to cool the house. It took more than 4 hours for it to cool the house 5 degree and my place isn't that big and i went with a larger unit. I also asked why they charged before installing and he tried telling me this is practiced everywhere - which i know for a fact is not and it shouldn't be charged until the job is actually done. I won't be going back to them again. They have not held up their end of things and i feel that there will be more issues with this new unit since it was not properly inspected by their supervisor and new lines were not fully installed.

Grand Comfort was responsive, sending a project estimator out the day I called in the midst of a heat wave. His pricing was excellent, nearly $1000 less than my current HVAC company. They installed the system within 5 days, two of which were over a weekend. The technicians arrived when promised, were very knowlegeable, communicated well, and finished the project within half a day. They removed the old system, installed the new system, tested and retested what they installed and left both the inside and outside work areas immaculate. Nice job!

This place is ridiculous. They rescheduled my appointment the day of and then canceled the rescheduled appointment too the day of. I've been without ac for 2 weeks now. They could have said earlier that they couldn't make it so I can schedule a different co. Ridiculous.
