Call and scheduled an appointment between 8:00 am and 11:00 am. When no one showed up, I called and they said they would have a technician call and that never happened. Would not recommend.
Working with these folks was a pleasure! I received a prompt callback, and a repairman arrived within four hours. He performed my HVAC system repair swiftly and affordably, and both he and the phone dispatcher were kind and competent. In the future, if I have any demands, I will without a doubt get in touch with this business.

I called up them to get my furnace fixed. I had a problem with the heat and they were able to come out within a couple of days. They were super professional and even though it was cold outside, they made sure I was warm and comfortable in my home. They did an excellent job!
The office called me to let me know technician was running ahead of schedule. They asked if I would be able to move my appointment up which I was able to. He showed up with 30 minutes of the new appointment time. Was very professionalism and descriptive with the steps he was taking. Will use McGrath Heating & Cooling again!
Our heating and cooling system needs to be replaced. Brian was really knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. The technicians were really competent, and they left everything clean. Our neighbor introduced us to McGrath Heating & Cooling. We are really happy with our purchase and plan to use them again in the future.

McGrath Heating & Cooling crew was amazing. I have received the best service any time I have had to call them. From the ladies in the office to the guys that they send out to check my HVAC unit are always very nice and explain to me what kind of issue I have and explain it to me in a way that I understand. I was very pleased with the service I received from McGrath Heating & Cooling. They explained in great detail how they would replace my furnace and air conditioner, also providing pamphlets on what products they would use, no other company that gave me estimates did that. The work was completed on time for a very good price, and so far the air conditioner is working extremely well. I would definitely recommend this company for your home projects.
My AC died on what felt like the hottest Sunday this summer. I had painters coming the next day and knew they couldn't work in 90 plus degree heat. Thankfully the owner (Guy) picked up right away when I called on Sunday and made it to my place within 2 hours. I had to have my entire ac unit replaced, but Guy was able to get it done asap. He was on time and incredibly professional. The price he offered was very competitive. Definitely call them if you're having any issues with your HVAC -these guys are the best!
