Lake County Mechanical team had to replace my Evaporator Coil due because the old one failed. They did a great job with replacing the Coil! Highly recommended as I use them for my heating and cooling home needs!

10/10, WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND SHAUN AND LAKE COUNTY MECHANICAL!!! Shaun, the owner, personally stopped by when our furnace went out. Our funance was 20 years old and went out about 7 PM. We called at 7 pm the night before, and they promised someone by 8-10. She was very polite and professional. Better yet, the same woman called by 7 am and Dan the technician came out to give the furnace a look by 730! He was honest, very easy to talk too and very professional. He essentially gave us a few options, with a new furnace being the best one. Shaun had Dan and his team setup space heaters in our home, out of a courtesy, at no cost, because it 56 degrees in the house. Mike and Jacob were super nice to talk to and great at what they did. TY VERY MUCH SHAUN AND TEAM!!!
Excellent service! I contacted LCM on a Thursday afternoon regarding a broken furnace and a technician arrived a few hours later. A new, more efficient furnace was ordered and installed the following week. EVERYONE from LCM were very friendly, polite, and professional.
I switched to using Lake County Mechanical, Inc, for my HVAC needs for my house and for my Mom's condo. Most recently they replaced my home humidifier and I give them 5 stars! Over the summer I did have an A/C issue which they came out on the same day and helped me temporarily until they came back with a permanent fix a few days afterwards. I was so impressed with their service (combined with a lack of response from a provider that was bought out by another company I originally used for support) that I have switch to using them moving forward!!
Thank You LCM. My electric furnace is operating the best it ever has. The cycle is perfect. I swear my heat is hotter than it has been the past 25 years and it’s not running forever to heat this older home. You listened to our concerns, you knew I was upset and you were right there to calm me down. The ladies I spoke to in the office are so nice and compassionate when speaking to customers. Dan and Shaun are professional and very knowledgeable. Actually Every LCM employee that has worked on our system is professional and knowledgeable. The Quality of their work is excellent. Kenneth Strey and another young man he was training, if I'm not mistaken arrived as scheduled. They were very nice and professional. He did the annual furnace maintenance, turned on the humidifier and changed the filter. I highly recommend HCM. The phone staff is also very nice and helpful each time I call.
LCM keeps going and going for us! Had our new Lennox AC unit installed today (8/4/22). From time of quote to install we were kept informed. Prompt and courteous service! My house hasn’t felt this good all summer! We recently had our boiler replaced as well as our AC serviced. The crew/technicians did an awesome job! They were very courteous and friendly. It was easy to schedule a service tech appointment with LCM on the first hottest day of the season. They always answered a phone and never put me on hold. Service tech Devonte arrived on time. He was professional and knowledgeable. Devonte exhibited his excellent troubleshooting skills and quickly identified and fixed an electrical problem - mice chewed up several wires in my condensing unit. When I've needed service on my boiler, LCM has been very prompt in getting out to my home and fixing the problems. They've been around for a long time (I've been using their services for over 25 years) and I know that I can count on them to be there when I need them. They are courteous and knowledgeable.
My boiler went out late on a Friday night. The temperature outside dropped down to the teens. So Saturday morning I called Lake County Mechanical they sent a technician out right away, he was abel to repair my boiler. The price was very reasonable for a weekend emergency service. I will be using them again and recommend them to everyone I know.
Very pleased with the service that I received and how great this companies customer service is. Devonte was the Technician who responded to my call and was more than great. He diagnosed problems, communicated extremely well, and was very friendly. He fixed my heat that was having problems and I have not had a problem since. They have earned a customer for life solely on the great service provided by Devonte.
I had a furnace installed 2 years ago, however, it is too small for my home. I have to put the thermostat up to 74-75 degrees to warm my kitchen to reach 65-66 degrees. I have notified LCM several times, with no action. Also, my gas bill has soared.
Lake County Mechanical did a wonderful job. Devonte responded at 9 pm and was extremely professional when diagnosing my furnace issue. After reviewing my options I decided to have a new furnace installed and the technicians were out by 9 AM installing my new furnace for a fair price. I highly recommend Lake County Mechanical.
I called on a Thursday because I smelled something burning through the vents. A technician came out that evening and told me he needed to order a part and would have to turn the heat off. He said I would hear from the company the next day (Friday) with an update. It took 11 days before they were able to fix my heater. I didn't hear from them on Friday so I called around noon and they didn't have any updates. I called again on Monday and they weren't sure when the part would arrive. Then on Wednesday, six days after my initial call, they called and said a technician was on the way to the house to fix the problem. Upon getting there, the technician never came inside but I happened to see him outside and asked what was happening. He said they didn't have the right part, he would need to come back another time and that the office would call me with an update. Even after 30 minutes I didn't get a call but rather had to call and find out what was going on myself. There was an issue with their delivery service, which I understand happens, however there was no sense of being apologetic or assuring me the issue would be resolved in a timely manner. The heater finally got fixed the following Monday. The technician - the same one, who had remained kind, helpful, prompt and professional - came and took care of it with no issues. Thankfully I had a place to go while my heat was out, however that may not always be the case. Seeing as it took 11 days to get the issue fixed, and then the communication from the company did not meet my expectations, nor did the customer service. My friend who recommended the company to me initially, felt bad and apologized to me and also tried calling for updates and to push a sense of urgency with no luck. I'm thankful to the technician who did a great job and remained professional even while I was frustrated. I'm also thankful my problem got solved however will not call LCM again or recommend them.
We were having furnace trouble the day before a Holiday, we had no heat and we were having a hard time finding a service company to come to the house. A friend recommended Lake County Mechanical, we called and they dispatched a service vehicle within a couple of hours. The service technician (Sean) was experienced and answered all our questions. We needed a new gas valve and he went to his shop to get the part and was back to our house fixing the furnace within an hour. We enjoyed a "warm" Thanksgiving, Thank You Lake County Mechanical !
very happy with the service from LCM, sent me an email, text, and phone call as reminders of my upcoming appointment. Service tech was on time and very polite. He did his thing with the furnace in the basement, replaced the furnace filter and took the old one with him for disposal. Have used them for the last year and a half.
