They're great! I was having some issues with my furnace, so I called them up. They had someone out to me, and they fixed everything up in no time flat.
I had been having trouble with my heating system. The technician was very friendly and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to fix my furnace. The price was reasonable as well. I would recommend them to anyone needing a heating repair service.

Furnace stopped working. The guys at Ductech were on the job same day! Super friendly and responsive. Reasonable diagnosis time and we’re back same day with the Igniter for a fast and seamless install. Sean was great and friendly as well! Great guys, would recommend to anyone in need of HVAC needs!!!

I don't know why other heating and cooling companies are so secretive about their pricing and services, but this one is anything but. They are honest, professional, and care about their customers' needs.
I called this company because my furnace was making a weird noise. They came out and found that the fan motor needed to be replaced. They were able to do it right away and didn't charge me an arm and a leg! The technician was very friendly, and they even took the time to explain what they were doing in case I had any questions. Overall, I'm really happy with the furnace replacement service I got from them.!!
Place charges 250 for a switch to be turned on and still having issues with the equipment fixed by this place . Stay away from them.

Very professional team. They came out to look at my gas leak problem and gave their best approach to fix the issue with multiple options. I decided to go with the option they recommended, and after the work was done, I called Nicor Gas. The technician that came to inspect their work complemented their work by saying they did a great job.
We own a top floor condo in Wicker Park/Bucktown in Chicago that needed new central Heating (Furnace) and central Air Conditioning unit replacement. DucTech management and their installation teams did an outstanding job estimating the "scope of work" and delivering on all promises. They are honest, extremely knowledgeable and timely. We will be staying with DucTech for maintenance long term and highly recommend their services!

Typical Chicago winter ... negative 2 degrees outside, and we wake up without any heat. Quick google search, and I am frantically calling 6 different companies to see who can come out on a Sunday. Matthew from DucTech answered right away, told me he was on it and would check with one of his technicians. 20 minutes later, his technician Sean calls me, and says he will be coming out. He asks me a few basic questions, has me send a pic of my thermostat, so he can bring a few parts with him, potentially saving us all some time. (by the way - this is Super Bowl Sunday). Sean comes, and goes to work. Digs deep, and finds the issue, which is a glitch between my Nest and the furnace. He gets it fixed, and we have heat again!
