Adam came out to provide a cleaning and diagnostic service on our AC unit. He was absolutely excellent- walked us through each step of what he was checking, shared tips and recommendations for running our system, and gave us straightforward feedback. His attention to detail and honesty was appreciated. We will definitely have him back to service our furnace and AC in the future!
I have used Algonquin hearing and cooling to maintain my furnace and air and Adam was able to improve the efficiency of my air conditioner. Would recommend.

Woke up this morning to a cold 67 degree home. Called Algonquin heating and cooling about 8:30, told the receptionist of my problem and she said a tech would be there within the hour. I was a little skeptical at first but sure enough within the hour Adam showed up. His professionalism and knowledge about my issue was very impressive. Within the next hour heat was working again and he gave me several recommendations on things we needed to address. We will definitely be calling them in the future. Great company ask for Adam he did an excellent job.
Our furnace was over 30 years old (we've only been in this house for almost 4) and there was something that caught fire inside of it over night. We called in the morning and Adam came out the same day, we put a deposit down on a replacement, and the new furnace was installed the next day. I've had the pleasure of working with Adam, Nick, and Sam. All three came over and installed the new furnace in one day. Further, Adam was able to fix our humidifier (that never worked since we've lived here) and install an air purifier all in the same day. Further, even though this was an emergency call there was no upcharges Rose, the office manager, called today to check on us and make sure everything was ok. She even got me a quote for a damper that we will need for when it's AC season within 15 minutes. I know they are very busy, during peak times, but when we needed them, they made us feel like their only customer. They were friendly, informative, and professional. Will always recommend and can't imagine going with another company as long as we live in the area.
They installed and service our HVAC for 20 plus years. A year ago we called for service and voice mail was full. Tried emailing and no response. We called again 2 mos later to quote a new HVAC system and, radio silence. We assumed they went out of biz and called a competitor.
Edit: I'm not a competitor, but I did use one to have my A/C fixed. Rose doesn't believe I tried calling or emailing but I can likely show her my call log & browser history; my wife's as well, she (Daniela) called twice and left messages before I took over the task. Very disappointing response from someone in the business for 37 years. Original review: I hope everything is ok, we've called for a few days & sent emails but they haven't returned any messages and the voicemail box is now apparently full. I hate to give a low rating but we can't go any longer with a broken air conditioner so we needed to schedule an appointment elsewhere. Hopefully others are luckier than us, I want to see local businesses succeed.
Do you want to work with a company that treats your home like theirs? Well these are them. They would not leave till everything was exact. I am sure I could have shopped around but these people simply made everything right and I had full trust in them, end of the day it is hard to find such a company like that these days.
Excellent company have been using them for over 20 year's. The are professional and quality work. Adam was the technician that came out to our home. Very respectful responsible and polite young man. I recommend them to everyone. Rose is excellent and always make appointments to help their customers. Thanks guys.
They did an excellent job at cleaning the humidifier, checking my furnace, replacing the air filters, and ensuring everything was running well and clean before the winter. I would recommend them again, great service.

Brian has been coming to my house and servicing the furnace and a/c for many years. He is always knowledgeable courteous. He definately puts the service in customer service. He is a GREAT asset to your company. I appreciate Brian, Rose, and everyone associated with Algonquin Heating and Cooling.
I had an issue with a humidifier. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Brian, the technician who worked on this was both professional and very knowledgeable!
Called late they came the next day Worked around my schedule. Brian was very Helpful, Knowledgeable and curtious 👍
Great company, highly recommended. Called for an issue with my heater and they came out same day. Replacement was done quickly after. I appreciate the attention to detail. In addition to installing the new unit Brian cleaned up a lot done wrong by the previous owner. Unit looks great and is functioning even better!
Algonquin Heating & Air came through for me. While we had a furnace replacement scheduled, my existing control board died 6 days before the install date. In February! They were able to pull up the install date to the next day. The entire install took only about 5 hours.

Called in the morning to repair my furnace and Brian was out by noon the same day. Had the part I needed and completed the repair. Will be using them for all my A/C and Heating needs in the future. Great company!!
