Hired Todd to repair rooftop Hvac unit. He stole the whole unit and disappeared. It was a nightmare working with him.
Came home to water all over my basement. Called Todd and he figured out that the drains were plugged. Had the issue fixed quickly and helped clean up the basement.
Definitely would recommend. They where very upfront and honest. They could have easily sold me a new furnace like most company's would. We where able to replace my blower motor and is working great again. Very friendly and personable. Definitely will be using for my future needs and would recommend.
Very happy with the response time and price. Todd seems very knowledgeable and Professional. I was expecting to have to shell out some serious cash for a new heating unit but Todd noticed I needed a new heat exchanger. He replaced it for a fair price and now I have working heat and don’t have to bury myself under the covers and sleep with sweatshirt on. Very happy.
Saturday 5:00pm repair man arrive to check your not cooling aircondioner Repair man live just five minuts from us . Find the problem right a way and told us it was a easy fix. Did not give as any price or idea about the cost . He change the "Round Motor Dual Run Capacitor,35/5 Microfarad Rating,440VAC Voltage" . Then He told us who ever service the unit B/4 overfill it with Freion and the unit would not work like that. We live here 10 years and newer have the unit services and it was running fine. He "corrected the level". Time He spend here was 1/2 hour total. The bill: Part-capacitor ................. .$145.50 X-tra charge for saturday (weekend)...............$160.00 labor 1/2 hour...................................................$ 60.00 Total bill ......................................................... $365.- I check with Electric Supply Store . US made good quality capacitor sell for $25.00 . We know He have to make profit on parts. Is 7-times mark up normal?? Next day we call him to ask why he did not informed us about the "extra charge for saturday" or not give us estimate.His reply was :- you did not ask and parts are expesive. We feel this is not fair business practice, some could even call it rip- off .
I would highly recommend using Quality Heating and air conditioning. I had an issue on the weekend and Todd the owner came out that morning. Fixed the issue. However I needed a new furnace. I had him install a furnace and decided to get a new air conditioner. Todd did a fantastic job. Nice man. Very clean with his work. Very punctual. Highly impressed. What a wonderful company. Thank you Todd.
Todd has done two full installs for my family (furnace, a/c and water heater)...one for me and one for my parents. His estimates were not only very reasonable but also stayed within budget at the end of the jobs. He was on time, prepared, and cleaned up very well after the install. He took the time to explain function, warranty, etc. and answered all questions that were asked. His attention to detail was superb and everything has been working great at both households. If you need any work done, whether a repair or a full install, this is your guy!
Good price
My furnace stopped working early in the morning. I called A Quality Heating and they were here in a few hours. They quickly found the problem and fixed it. Price was good. Service was good. Response time was good. I have trust and confidence in this company and would highly recommend them.
Called a few other companies on a sunday got no response or call backs contacted A quality Todd responded very quickly came out fast fixed problem very professional and price was very good for emergency work would recommend this company to anyone who needs service

I highly recommend calling Todd with your HVAC needs! I called and explained that my air conditioner went out and he was at my front door within 30 minutes. Todd showed me that mice had chewed through some of the wires located inside of the unit. Not only is he knowledgeable and trustworthy, he is also a very nice man! Definitely 5 star service!
As a long time client, I have to say that Todd knows his stuff. He just finished replacing our a/c unit this weekend without adding on overtime weekend charges.
We recently purchased a home with the orginal HVAC systems in that were getting to the end of their life.Todd came out and explained what the current issues were and our options to repair or replace the units. He was very straight forward and down to earth. We ended up replacing both units. Todd installed the units himself and went the extra steps to make a clean/tiddy install (trimming up extra wiring outside so it wasn't laying in the dirt, recalking around the house, letting me paint the brackets and do some landscaping when he had the units out). Highly recommend A Quality and will be having them come out for the yearly services.
Good fast food
I would highly recommend A Quality Heating and Air Conditioning. After using their services the first time for a furnace check, I felt that they were honest and did not try to sell me something that I did not need. They actually informed me that my 30 year old furnace was functioning fine. I had an issue with my furnace years later and they came out that same day and repaired the blower motor. I was afraid I would be without heat for a day or two but I was grateful that they had come out and repaired my furnace 4 hours after I had called Todd. I would recommend using A Quality Heating and Air Conditioning and have recommended them to friends and family.
I can't thank Todd enough for coming to my home on the coldest night in Chicagoland history at 11pm. He diagnosed my problem, which was a frozen intake, and I had heat back and running at my home in no time. Todd was professional, courteous and answered all my questions. I would recommend him for any repairs you may need.
Todd was out within 3 hours of our call in this record-cold day. He was friendly, personable and diagnosed the problem within a minute. He had the new motor on hand and repaired our furnace quickly! Would highly recommend!
Todd is the owner, and he is amazing! He took the time to explain exactly what the issue was and his prices are very reasonable! He really cares about his customers! He is my go to guy for all my HVAC needs!
