JD was our tech and he did a great job. He invited me to watch him and he explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. We were very impressed with him.
Quality care of the customer is quite evident. Derek L. performed the service Quickly and accurately and if he needed a part he went to get it. I would recommend this company and tech.
Blake Warr came out to help us get our AC back up and working. He went above and beyond, providing tips on how to keep our equipment in good shape and even helping to program our thermostat. He is top notch!

We replaced our entire heating and air conditioning system. The service men, were polite, on-time, very clean and professional. Our AC wasn’t blowing cold air, Derek Lewis came out and knew what was wrong with it just by listening to the unit. He told me what he thought the issue was and how much it would cost. He fixed the issue quickly and we had AC blowing cold air immediately!
Sam came to do a plumbing inspection, a service included with my membership. I received a call ahead of his arrival, he came soon after and was prepared for his visit. He was friendly, professional and efficient. His inspection was thorough and I’m grateful to know that my plumbing is good with one issue noted. Thank you Sam, it was a pleasure to meet you.
Grant Weddle was awesome! Very professional, personable and respectful. Grant showed us pictures of the problem, thoroughly explained the repair work, and explained needs for future consideration. Did a fantastic job explaining additional upgrades and services that will extend the life of our equipment without high pressure sales tactics.
Brady was on time which I appreciate. He was very personable and polite and I would have him back in a heartbeat. I have used Perfect Air for many years now and have always been happy with them.
Tyson S. was terrific. Very positive, honest, and hardworking. He explained everything very well. He took great care of us during an a/c emergency.
Seth M and Travis G both gave us great service, Seth for our HVAC annual inspection. He explained everything clearly, and was very friendly. Travis G is also very nice. Travis listened to our needs regarding system replacement, gave us our options, and answered all of our questions clearly and patiently. We are all set to get a our new system next week and are happy to continue our long-time relationship with the Perfect Team.
Brady Mauldin, A fantastic HVAC technician who knows what he’s talking about and articulates what he’s doing/ what’s going on. More than some servers at fine dining restaurants around town provide. This guys service is speedy and meticulous. He’s had some experience and I highly advise reaching out to the office to book him, as he is the best in the game to do it.
Derek was very professional and explained the process of my AC tuneup before getting started on anything. He kept me informed along the way and did a great job! Thanks again!

Connor in HVAC was more than outstanding! What a gentleman, and so eager to learn. He explained everything he did & wasn't bothered by all my silly questions. He even called in the experts when he knew the other situation was above him. You all have a keeper with Connor. Wonderful individual! Rare!
Travis G. provided a fair quote for my Furnace/AC replacement. The next day, Tim R. and Cody B. arrived on time and started the job. They were both highly personable, professional, and respectful of both myself and my property. When they finished later in the day, they did a super job cleaning up (even vacuuming) and hauling away my old equipment. I would highly recommend Perfect Plumbing and Air!!

Connor M. and Tom B. were at our home today for a semi annual HVAC (air cond) tune up. Both were very thorough and efficient, honest in their assessment and evaluation of our 11 year old system, and helpful with suggestions on maximizing its effectiveness, and just plain friendly! We have used Perfect for both major projects (water line and interior pipe replacement) and routine maintenance the past several years, and they have consistently been very responsive, efficient, friendly, and kept our home operating as comfortably as possible.
