Chris Atchison was the technician. He did a wonderful job. Very professional, fast and really knew what he was doing. He even turned off my water hose and took the hose back to the backyard before he left.Very happy with the service, best service I have ever had with a Heating & Cooling company. I really appreciate him coming on a Saturday with the temperature reaching 99 degrees today. I will use Diamond Heating and Cooling always going forward!

Very happy with our A/C installation. We would rate everyone, from sales to scheduling to the electricians to the hvac technicians, at a 10 out of 10 for being friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The system works well, and the workmanship of the installation is orderly and professional. Diamond really stands out among the companies we have worked with in the area.
Jim was friendly and respectful of our home and our needs. He was very good at explaining our electrical problem and what he planned to do to solve the issue. We felt he was efficient and very professional.
I called for a plumber to fix a leak. Jake and Nicolas arrived within two hours of my call. They were friendly and professional. They diagnosed and fixed the problem with a minimum of disruption. I was pleased with the reasonable price they charged.

Both our electrician and HVAC mechanic were friendly professional and prompt. They explained everything they did and provided pictures so that i would have what i needed if i wanted ti do it for myself in the future

Fantastic company that does great work for a great price. Wish they would get their Technician selection menu updated. Second time a great tech has been to our place and they weren’t selectable in the drop down menu from Diamond. Kyle did great work today.
