Wickstrom did a great job under tough holiday conditions. Great staff, very professional and nice to be around. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
I had two plumbing issues: a slow-draining kitchen sink and a continually-running toilet. Chad evaluated both issues and found my non-conventional toilet tank innards needed replacement. Unfortunately, special parts had to be ordered so that repair took place a week later. Farris came out the next day to unclog my kitchen sink. He was friendly and professional. Snaking a drain can be messy, but he took all precautions to ensure the area under the sink remained dry and clean. Mason repaired my toilet with a total rebuild inside the tank. He gave me good advice and clearly explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I have been pleased with the service I’ve received from Wickstrom Plumbing. Each employee I encountered has been friendly and professional.
Trent and Cody were awesome to work with. Very helpful and sincere about trying to help us out. The whole Wickstrom team is great.
Knowledgeable, professional, responsive and most of all very friendly to work with. Repaired my main water line in no time flat. I appreciate the quick scheduling and service they were able to provide.
Farris was knowledgeable and informative. He helped answer my questions, and help me evaluate all the potential repairs that I could choose to do. He was great about explaining the lower cost option, as well as the recommended full repair. I would highly recommend.
My nest thermostat was not working correctly but Austin came by today to help out and got everything working properly. Great guy to work with. A++
Helen and Rochelle were amazing at getting us scheduled for an ac issue on short notice at our business. Stewart kept me in the loop the whole time and explained what the issue was. Been using Wickstroms for years and will continue to use them for years to come.

Second time I’ve used. From initial phone through job completion, every aspect Has been prompt , responsive, helpful & professional. Though expensive, Wickstrom is a pleasure to do business with and good in a pinch.
Kyle attached, taped and repaired the ductwork under our home. Very personable, professional, and he got the job done!! He provided exceptional service.
Cole is a great guy. Always smiling and informative. He came right on time, evaluated the issue, did the installation, and tested it several times. His customer service is wonderful!
Kyle came by a few weeks ago to get our ac up and running for the year. I mentioned that I felt like our system wasn’t running very efficiently and he went down into the crawl space and found a gold mine of leaks and fixed that needed to be done. After he fixed up everything there’s a noticeable improvement in how our house is heating and cooling. I’m going to request Kyle specifically in the future for my hvac needs!
Cole and Chad were great! Helpful all the way through and got us all fixed up with our water heater, pipes and bathroom water damage. Really funny and nice guys. Chad did say the spiders in the crawlspace were throwing up gang signs but personally… I think he was threatening the spiders and now we have angry spiders. But other than that, great service and lighthearted despite the price of home repairs!

Highly recommend Wickstrom for plumbing and hvac needs they continue to give us a great experience. We've had them servicing our plumbing and HVAC since we moved in a year ago. So kind, honest, and thorough! Cole was our plumber and did an amazing job replacing our water heater and leaky/dated sink and tub fixtures! He was also so patient and kind to my daughter that kept wanting his attention. Our HVAC tech Kyle was very thorough and prioritized my concerns we've had as well us give us the usual check up for our unit. They both were great around our dogs and again so kimd. I continue to appreciate their great service!
Carson did an exceptional job today replacing our 5-stage RO system filters. He is a knowledgable, skilled professional. He was here on time and did the work carefully and efficiently. Highly recommended!
