The tech showed up on time cleaned out gas fireplace, to include all the logs the glass and checked everything out. We need a new blower which he has ordered and will install on Tuesday. Great job I would recommend him to everyone.
You get great quality service when using Mech Tech. As an owner of an Electrical business I too have high standards and understand what good quality service is and what it takes to earn customers trust, and that's what you can expect when using Mech Tech. They not only did great work but found an existing issue and repaired that as well.
Had to replace the circuit board on our furnace. The tech was very knowledgeable and had the work done the same day! Will use Mech Tech in the future.
Mech Tech team members Jake and Taylor are the right people to have on your call list. Both Jake and Taylor will take care of you and your HVAC system. Mech Tech will not sell you more than what you are needing to get your HVAC system back up and running. A honest group of guys and company. We Mech Tech as our preferred HVAC contractor.
We had Mech Tech come out and service our gas fireplace which wasn't working in our new house. They quickly diagnosed the problems and went to work getting all of the issues fixed. They were courteous, informative, and quick & efficient. I appreciate their customer service and care. I'd definitely highly recommend them!
We contacted MTS to have our gas fireplace serviced. Scott was prompt, professional and thorough with servicing our fireplace. I would 100% recommend and use their services again in the future. Pricing was fair in my opinion.
Scott was great!! He cleaned up and inspected our fireplace. Although the news wasn’t good—outdated unit with no safety features and recommended very limited use—it was a relief to have it looked at and serviced. Would highly recommend this company!
