Donald seemed to do a great job installing our new Carrier unit on the outside of the house. He knew what he was doing and finished by noon. He also had a person assisting him who was polite, helpful and was interested in our landscape and house design. Only time will tell how this new Carrier unit will last as our original one lasted just six years. Our Carrier ductless system was designed for our new construction and should have lasted twenty plus years. It was designed by Ival at Western. Jason was out twice and Loyd was out twice. Loyd found that our compressor was not working properly as it shut off and we would see the FO on each unit. He ordered (3) parts to fix the system. It turned out that the parts would take too long so a new unit was searched for and that is what Donald installed today. Western also lent us a portable air conditioner that was loud but thankfully cooled the house with our hot July days.
My technician John Lehman arrived at my house at 12:50 PM. He was very knowledgeable about the situation I had called in to the office.He started his business with my problem I had at the furnace. He was able to correct the problem and advised me that he was done with the furnace repair. I am really happy with Western Heating and Air with my Furnace Repair!
Donald is great second time he has come to work on my properties. He is very knowledgable and top notch

The technician was very good and polite. My wife was very happy to see a woman technician as sometimes guys are intimidating dealing with women. Bravo to your gal technician!

Loyd Davis recently took care of the maintenance at our branch here at TruGrocer federal credit union and the first thing I noticed when he showed up was his high level of professionalism. Throughout the visit he was very thorough and made sure everything was functioning properly. He even set the temperature to make the whole office comfortable.
Trey was very thorough, professional and explained how things are operating. He is a good representative for Western, and we hope he visits us again for our future routine maintenance.
Johnny was on time and came prepared with a filter for me to purchase! Really appreciated being shown photos to back up suggestions on future services.

Outstanding service, I am so glad I called Western Heating and Air- very professional, great explanations of the problems and options. Michael L definitely has the expertise and terrific customer service. (He even carried in my dogfood order for me!)
Very knowledgeable and honest. Even though my a/c is very old he fixed the compressor without pressing me to change to a new unit. Have used Western for yearly furnace inspections for many years and this is a first for the a/c. I have the greatest trust in them.
We called to get help with our ac that was not blowing any air. When the technician got here, he stayed for barely 5 mins. Said we needed to clean the input and output and change our filter and left. He did not inspect our unit. He did not look to see that there was ice on the line, which we discovered after. He did not wait to ensure the problem was resolved, which it wasn't. He did not do his job. And when we called back the next day we were told they would charge us another 100 to send someone out to fix the leak in our refrigerate line that they should have identified in the prior visit. Absolutely thievery, unprofessional and terrible service. We've been using them for over 5 years for twice a year maintenance and we will never use them again. Do not trust this service. Their technicians are unreliable and they will gouge you to repeatedly send people out when the fix should be done in one visit.
Donald was very personable, explained things that I requested explained, he was very business-like, but took time to share his professional experience and what he liked about Boise.
