TSS is awesome! Aaron was by far the best service/repair person I’ve encountered. Multiple times now Aaron has helped us with heating and air emergencies and he’s there in less than a day and already knows what needs to be done. Instead of just fixing the issue; today was our AC unit, he went through everything and made sure our AC unit was clean, filters were replaced and we were aware of what service/maintenance we need to make sure happens to extend the life of our system. Thank you Aaron! TSS, this guy is incredible! 👏🏼
When faced with the unpleasant reality that your old HVAC system needs replacing, I highly recommend using TSS Home Comfort. I experienced a very informative, prompt, and courteous crew at TSS from the manager to the receptionist to the installer(s). Their honesty is probably the number one factor in my recommendation-they painted a detailed picture of the pros and cons of the high end vs value systems and didn't try to upsell. That is much appreciated. The second reason for my strong recommendation is how quickly they tested, tried to repair, and then install a new system. It was winter, so minimizing the time without heat was very important. Before choosing another company, do yourself a favor and talk to TSS!
Arrived right on time. Diagnosed the issue,told me what the solution was and got the part ordered. Got us up and running for the time being until he can return with the part. He is a professional, pleasant and did a great job!
This is Jeff Berg and this is the first I have seen this review and have never used you guys at all. I have read all the reviews and just to say that I definitely will use you guys. Sorry about that review and now I'm checking all my accounts now for now that I have been hacked.
Our AC stopped working and when we spoke with them at about 4:30pm they sent someone out right away and took care of the problem same day instead of scheduling for the following day.
My ac was running poorly and they made it out, during the high demand season, and as I started to get concerns they really helped resolve the issue. I would recommend them to anyone who needs ac maintenance or repair!!
When our AC system failed, Aaron did an excellent job explaining our options and helping us through the situation. Great customer service! We highly recommend TSS Home Comfort.
Our twenty-five year old HVAC system was in need of replacement. I contacted TSS home Comfort and Robin arrived to provide us with an estimate. He measured our house and all of the windows an gave us a written estimate. He took the time to explain the ratings for the AC and the gas furnace. Robins estimate was VERY competitive with two other estimates that I received. I had a few questions the next day and contacted TSS and Robin returned my call within an hour. We decided to have TSS replace our system and called and talked to Carolyn and she scheduled us within two days! Aaron, Zack, and Philip arrived on time (they called letting us know that they were on their way) with everything that they needed to complete the installation and went right to work. During the installation I had a few questions and all three of them happily took the time to answer them. All three of them were very professional but also very friendly. I commented that they were having too good of a time working. Upon completion Aaron spent time with us describing operation of the system and said if we had ANY questions to please give them a call. We were so impressed with their installation we signed up for their yearly maintenance program. I know this is a long review but to give a short review without details wouldn't be fair to TSS or their employees.
TSS and their techs, in our case Robb did a great job at diagnosing an issue, and offering a solution that made sense . They and their staff has always shown the utmost in professionalism .

Rob was a pleasure to work with. He is very courteous and knowledgeable about our system and able to answer all our questions.
Greg was professional and explained everything he was going to do. He took his time servicing my furnace, I am very happy with his service and how quickly the company was able to send someone.
1) they did show up an hour early - awesome 2) didn’t come prepared for the job - sad 3) they said they were not experienced for the job -? 4) bid the job @ 480.00 , later - increased their costs 4x to 1,800.00 - price gouging 5) found another hvac company that showed up later that day, completed this job in 3 hours, and charged me 368.00 - some one was watching over me this day.
Aaron has done the a/c, furnace inspections for a number of years. He is the best. Personable, professional and cheerful and conversant. He is customer service at it's best.
Very prompt, friendly, informative. They let me ask stupid questions and didn't laugh at me. Also, the price was right.
Aaron is the best technician to ever exist! I didn't even know where my air filter was, but he was kind and helped me out. He was timely and knowledgeable. TSS is great and I will definitely call them if I need more AC maintenance.

He’s always straightforward, personable, and gets the job done efficiently. There’s never any pressure for sales or service; Aaron just gives us the facts and our options, which we appreciate. Aaron installed an Air Ranger home purification system. He was professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. He modeled how to change the filter and was patient while I followed his instructions. Very impressed with TSS Home Comfort! Greg did a great job with the AC maintenance as well. He has a great personal memory and even remembered the names of our cats!
Outstanding service at a reasonable price, especially if you sign up for their maintenance contract. These people really care about their customers and were very quick to respond to our emergency needs. They are the best of the best.
