So thankful for Jose. He was knowledgeable, professional and sincerely cared about helping my family. My a/c unit went out on the hottest weekend of the year and he quickly fixed it and got me signed up for the loyalty program. Thank you!

Best service came out sameday I called for help. Showed me how to use the system properly. Josh and Josh were so nice and friendly. They explained how to set up the thermostat to wifi and program to my personal settings.
TML does a great job for all my HVAC needs. I am on their service plan to keep our system in top shape. Jason was out today for the fall furnace maintenance. He was very professional, explained everything, and had good suggestions for me. Highly recommended! Update: My tech today was Bryce. He took great care in cleaning up my A/C and made sure it continues to run in top shape for the summer. Another great experience with TML!
Everyone is so helpful and professional. Our reminder calls were done by Sam an Nicole and were friendly and cheerful! Jake Baker was the technician, prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. We ALWAYS have excellent service and i recommend this company so highly! Today is June 28. Josh Ricketts came out to fix our fan which has a long story. He was friendly and smiling from the moment he got out of the truck. Fixed and yeah! So prompt and knowledgeable. Heidi was so fun on the phone. Send him every time.
Timothy was awesome. Recommended some great tips on how to prolong the life of my HVAC. First time homebuyer and it great to have reps willing to take some extra time and patience to explain things.

Just had service at our home. The service technician is amazing. He was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and educated us with his experience. TML is very fortunate to have him as an employee.
Josh and Josh came today to service our air conditioning unit. They were very friendly and knowledgable about the unit. They took the time to understand what I was wanting and expecting from my furnace/air conditioner, and thoroughly explained the differences and functionality of all options of units used in housing. My air conditioner was cleaned and serviced efficiently. They also took a look at my furnace and water heater and checked in with me to make sure I wasn't having any issues with those. I appreciate the time that the Josh duo spent at my home.

I have used TML for the last few years for furnace and AC maintenance. The company and employees are wonderful. Today Ken Tokowitz came to my home for general maintenance. He did a great job and was very nice and professional, consistent with my previous experience with TML. Great job Joshua Ricketts.

Bryce Armstrong, was amazing he gave my system a complete cleaning and inspection. We're working top grade. He was on time and made us aware he was on the way. I am very pleased with his workmanship and want only him for now on to come to our home for any service or maintenance issues.
Shannon was great! He got us back up and running fairly quickly. Had to wait a couple days to get the right part. Grateful to have ac again!!!
I’ve had TML out twice- once for an emergency repair and once for routine maintenance. Both times I had excellent service with very polite (and knowledgeable) techs. For the routine maintenance, TJ did a great job explaining what he was doing and any follow up I might want to do. He talked through options but no high pressure sales. Glad I found them!
