Troy was knowledgeable and pleasant answering all of my questions. Troy showed me the issue, explained how the unit functions and how he corrected it. Troy was professional and nice which made him easy to talk with about the service.
I had this company come out to my home three times to try and fix my AC. After the third time they rescheduled to come out a fourth time to fix my issue and they called that morning and canceled on me and needed to reschedule. Again after rescheduling they canceled on me again. This company is very unprofessional! I asked to have a manager call me back and I never received a call back. I work in the health field and understand about being busy, but coming out three times and then two cancellations. I just don't Understand! It's been two weeks with no air conditioning. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional, have no integrity and poor customer service!!
Good points: Made a call and came out on 4th of July to troubleshoot my Grandmother's A/C. Was told she needed a new system. Bad point: Grandmother and I were told to our face that new equipment would be installed on July 5th between 9 & 11. No show. Called them up and I was told she is scheduled for the 6th of July. I was told a call was placed to my grandmother to state today was a feasible appointment. No such call was received. If these people can't get their dates right and have to resort to outright lies, I wouldn't be confident in the quality of their work. ***UPDATE*** Technicians did come out on the 6th of July as according to their schedule. Took longer than we were told, but system seems to be functioning. However, while my father and I were cleaning up the mess they left behind, we had to avoid stepping on someone else's lung biscuits left in the driveway. Also, it turns out the circuit panel may need an upgrade. Shouldn't something like been noted during initial inspection?
Replacing a water heater and adding a water softener resulted in having to file a claim with my homeowners insurance. The plumber they sent to do the work was unexperienced and it took them multiple days to complete the job. On the 5th day a more experienced plumber came out to inspect the work that the less experienced plumber had done and had to redo a bunch of things. Every day they had to come out they had to turn the water off to the house which resulted in the hot water supply line to my kitchen sink to expand and contract. After the water was turned back on, the air that was introduced into the pipes needed to be bled. When the faucet was turned on the supply line was violently shaking as the are escaped the pipes. 5 days of turning the water off and turning the water back on and bleeding the air out of the pipes resulted in the hot water supply line fitting to loosen as the air was bled and the line violently shook. The leak went undetected until we noticed water seeping through the cracks of our hardwood floor. Of course this company denied responsibility and basically told me that it was common sense that I should have went around and checked all my hot water fittings after they were done. I will never do business with this company again. Even after I was warned not to do business with them I ignored the advice and instead relied upon their 4.9 Google review.
Cameron came to our home and diagnosed our cooling issue and was very polite to my wife. He explained our issue and when we asked about a possible full system replacement he arranged for a sales rep, Gary, to come same day. Gary arrived on time and and after doing his thing, contacted the property owner and explained what was needed and why very professionally. Both of them are examples of true knowledgeable professionals.
Jeff habecker was my tech. Super professional, personable, and was A knowledge bank. Highly recommend him and the company.
Matt promptly and politely showed up to my house for the job. He was diligent, informative and forthright with information regarding my HVAC system. I appreciate his attention to detail and thoughtful suggestions.
My technician was Kaiden Jenkins that came out to fix my problem with the A/C. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed on everything that he was going to be doing and explained it to where I could understand. Very knowledgeable and friendly.. You have a great employee!
Right Now was able to send a technician the same day I called. Kaiden was professional and was able to get my AC working again quickly.
Incredibly disappointed with the service I received from an electrician here. Was quoted $8500 to move my breaker box and meter, replace the breaker, and replace all of my outlets. After a visit from the inspector they opted not to move anything, which I was fine with, but they still charged me the same $8500. This made no sense to me and when I asked the electrician (Carlos) why I was being charged the same amount for half the work he said that the quote includes all the work and that doesn’t change if they change what they’re doing. This still made no sense, especially since he was (understandably) going to charge me more to install some light fixtures, but he had already started the work so I didn’t feel that I could argue it. I was going to let it go and accept that I had been screwed over, but when they had “completed” the work, I had missing blank covers, several white outlets when the rest were black, and a gap between my drywall and the new breaker box that shouldn’t be there when the original breaker was much smaller. After contacting the office, I spoke to a lady who I assume is a manager. She sent out a team to fix what was missed and said she would find out why they still charged me the $8500. This was nearly a month ago and I have heard nothing. It may be my fault for not pressing the charged amount more, but you want to be able to trust the professionals you hire not to screw you over. I have never been so frustrated with an experience. I’m shocked considering the positive things I have heard about this company, but I will never being doing business here again and will be encouraging everyone around me to avoid them as well.
We sure are pleased with our choice of Right Now for our heating and cooling needs and Adam was awesome checking our system out.
Matt P. did a fantastic job servicing our AC unit, furnace, and water heater. He was very professional and courteous, and we will definitely be using Right Now again in the future.
Chase Christensen was awesome! He was very punctual and knowledgeable. I’m very curious by nature and he patiently walked me through what’s he was doing the whole 2 hours he was at my house. We shared life stories and I even learned of a couple restaurants to try out in the area. Very charismatic and enthusiastic! I will say that this company is also very dependable. There was a little hiccup with the original scheduling but they definitely compensated and made the situation right. Very glad we used this company and will be doing so for the remainder of our years here in Boise.
Jason was great, i let him know what was going on what I had troubleshot. He went through everything explained what he found fixed a fuse and restripped a wire. He got everything doing what it should be, unfortunately my upstairs thermostat screen was fried. He let me know what to do to get a new one and install. Great to work with 👍
Thank you very much Chase. Very professional and honest worker. When he got here he got straight to work checked every wire and my system, did a couple and tests and found the problem. I’m happy to say that Chase fixed our thermostat problem in no time. Very happy with the results and hoping of doing more business with you guys
Jason was excellent. He showed me the issues an what was needed to correct. He showed me parts an how they should be functioning. By the time he left I could feel the difference. I want him On all future calls.
Jason Martinez came to my house to inspect my furnace and AC. He was very polite and friendly. He taught me a few tips on maintaining my furnace and AC that I wasn’t aware of. Such a helpful guy! I highly recommend Mr. Martinez and Right Now!
They care about money rather than service. They sold me a $20(dual electrolytic capacitor) part for $491 and it went out for a week. When I called the direct phone number for the guy(Ali) who installed it even their field supervisor, he responded to me as " we don't work on Sunday but if you want your AC fixed, you have to pay $1200 and I can schedule one of my guy to show up". I would recommend all to stay away from this company because they only respond to those with new issues!
It's unfortunate when you have to replace an HVAC system, but if you do, I recommend this company. Brandon and John installed our system and they were great! Thorough, clean and efficient. We LOVE the new A/C system. Thank you Right Now Heating and Air!!
WARNING WARNING!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS, YOU PAY FOR A NEW HVAC SYSTEM. THESE GUYS CHARGED MY FRIEND $13,096.00 FOR A NEW HVAC SYSTEM INSTALLED, DUCTS DONE. WHAT THEY INSTALLED WAS, PARTS OF OUR OLD FURNACE, WITH ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS INSIDE. THE OUTSIDE CONDENSING UNIT IS DISCONTINUED, IT IS ALSO MADE UP OF REPLACEMENT PARTS. I KNOW THAT IS NOT HOW NEW HVAC SYSTEMS LOOK ON THE INSIDE. SOME ELECTRICAL PARTS AREN'T EVEN UL LISTED, NOT SAFE. IT DOES NOT MEET THE HEATING AND COOLING STANDARDS ESTABLISHED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY. THE LEFT COIL ON THE FURNACE IS LITERALLY FALLING OFF. BIG GAP BLOWING HEAT INTO CRAWL SPACE, THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT IT ON A STAND. THEY DIDN'T ATTACH THE EXHAUST PIPE RIGHT. YOU CAN BARELY ACCESS THE FRONT TO SERVICE IT. THE DUCTS ARE LAYING DIRECTLY IN THE FURNACE AND AGAINST THE FRONT. THEY LEFT A FIRE/ CARBON MONOXIDE DANGER IN MY CRAWLSPACE. THEY WOULDN'T GIVE US ANY PAPER WORK OR RECEIPT. WE HAVE HAD THEM BACK HERE THREE TIMES AND THEY HAVE STILL NOT DONE ANYTHING. IT DIDN'T PASS INSPECTION. THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO A HOME ENERGY AUDIT LIKE I ASKED 4 TIMES. WATCH OUT THEY ARE NO GOOD WARNING ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️
