This company is simply put amazing! Our AC went out around 8pm and within an hour they set us up with a temporary unit for the night, the next day we met with an amazing sales rep who didn’t pressure us to even buy. We pulled the trigger and today (July 4th) we have installers at house! Thank you Quality Heating and Air for working hard to keep our family cool.
We had Jake out to take a look at our old ailing AC unit, he confirmed it's on it's last legs and spent plenty of time giving us options and pricing.

Just had our routine HVAC maintenance done by technician Cheyenne on our previously installed ducted heat pump and air handler (installed by this company six months ago). Cheyenne was delayed by fog on her commute this morning but the company called to let us know she was going to be arriving a bit later than expected - much appreciated! Once she arrived it was clear she not only knew her trade but she was also personable and an excellent communicator. She serviced our system and also provided some tips on our “new to us” HVAC system. Thanks to all at Quality Heating!

Great job. Really appreciate the hard work to get the very old oil furnace out from under the house in addition to the old gas furnace. It is not fun crawling around and working in a dirty crawlspace.

After Western heating spent two months trying to figure out our problem I called Quality, they came out the same day to diagnose and two days later to fix it for HALF the price Wester quoted.. I'm now a loyal customer. Great company.

My AC went out of course on a 106º Sunday, and when I called Monday to schedule with Quality Heating & Cooling, they were able to promptly get me in that morning. Aaron came right away, and fixed my condenser quickly and gave my AC unit a good wash and guided me how to keep it in shape for the future. I am sooooo blessed Aaron made it out so fast! Our house was over 90º Sunday, and my son got sick. Highly suggest contacting them for any repairs! Thanks again Aaron!!! YOU ROCK!!!
