Very disappointed in the fact that it took months to fix, and was told after each visit that I was "good to go". After a thousand dollars, yes a thousand dollars supposedly its fixed. And I won't mention the techs name, but bold faced lied when he said I wouldn't get charged for this vist and all this work was warrantied. Makes me sick.

Terry did the service check on our HVAC system. Very pleased. Told me what all he did, and recommendations. Didn't try to push some needless repair work.
I have hired PMG several times. Plumbing installation, plumbing repairs, HVAC repairs... My most recent experience was having my air conditioner and furnace replaced. Employees are professional and they take pride in their work. They were on time for all appointments, including initial meeting for the estimate as well as installation appointments. They took their time and did a professional job. Would recommend anytime for plumbing and HVAC work.
Was set an appointment for today with Melissa and nobody showed or even called? I've done alot of business with pmg always had great service with robie and justin and even roger when before he retired was disappointed by this event.
Never seen a worse plumber. Save yourself the effort and find someone else.

This is long, but I want to be fair. Had PMG out to install new toilets and a faucet. About 3 months later, we notice our laminate floor starting to separate. Had flooring company come out, said it was faulty plumbing. We called PMG, the plumber said "no not the toilet". We then had flooring and PMG out simultaneously. Still inconclusive with the exception of most water damaged flooring is by the toilet. We hired a leak detection company. They said it seems it was the toilet, especially since there's proof on the flooring closest to the toilet flange. (see picture). At first, and I quote Justin Witt from PMG "We take pride in our workmanship and if we are at fault, we will do what it takes to make it right. This occurrence is a bit of a gray area, due to the fact no active leak was found. Leaks don’t stop on their own, they get worse…" Correct Justin, leaks don't stop and they do get worse. EVEN TOILETS - a slow leak when flushed (in a guest bathroom that's used maybe 2 x a day) would take time... perhaps a few months, before the floor started to show signs of water damage. I responded pointing out how it was the toilet and they should take responsibility, he replied "It was just brought to my attention the materials were supplied by you. Unfortunately PMG does not warranty materials or equipment supplied by customers. If there is a failure caused by our install we would cover it, but it’s been over 5 months and install wasn’t the cause. If you believe the wax ring failed, I would contact the manufacturer or the supplier where you purchased and find out their warranty process. If you believe the flange failed, this was already in place when we set the toilet and would have to be repaired or replaced. " Even though PMG plumber looked at the wax ring and said yes, that's the good one and chose to install it. Perhaps lesson learned for me, I need to pay plumbers $100 per hour to go shop at the big box stores instead of me... Obviously your choice to hire them or n

PMG is AWESOME! They are sufficient, timely and resolve any issues that arise at our office. Their technician, Terry, was willing to visit our office in the early hours to resolve an A/C problem before our team meeting took place. That is some true dedication.
