After many problems with a prior Heatpump system, I called Brent at Liberty Heating and Air. We were most pleased with the professionalism and Honesty that he displayed. I went with his recommendation for a system. Brent is very Methodical in his troubleshooting techniques. Very Knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We found our A/C was not working on a hot Saturday afternoon in August- Brent came out within an hour after contacting him. Very professional and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He had the part on his truck and soon we were back up and running cool air. He performed a courtesy check on our second A/C unit and replaced both air filters on the air handlers. I would recommend Liberty Heat and Air!
I called owner Saturday morning cuz my heater ran out. He came by in about 2 hr and get it fixed right way. Can’t be happier.
AC was freezing up. Brent was able to come out next day and fix it. Very knowledgeable and excellent service!
Prompt and efficient service
Amazingly quick and professional. He came and repaired my AC unit same day during 100 degree heat. Very honest, replaced the broken part in less than 15 minutes. Cost was a few hundred when I was presented with multiple options for thousands to repair/replace by other less honest companies. Highly recommend.
When my heater went out, I needed to find an HVAC company I would feel comfortable with quickly. I had a great experience with Brent. Owner/operator Brent can help you with all your HVAC needs. He has the experience and knowledge to help solve problems in a straight forward honest manner and does not recommend unnecessary repairs. He took care of our needs and saved us money and could do the same for you.
I own a rental property in Boise and the A/C stopped working. After getting voicemail from a few other companies Brent responded within 5 minutes to a text message and was at the property in less than 30 minutes. He went above and beyond to get the system working for a very fair price. Needless to say I will continue to use Liberty moving forward, thank you Brent.

I was calling to schedule Brent to install a thermostat that I was not successful in doing myself. He wasn't able to help for a few days and gave me some advice if I couldn't get it figured out until he was available. I was impressed with his willingness to help and will hope to have an opportunity to use him in the future.
Brent is the best! He was at my house in less than hour, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and was gone in less than an hour. Very reasonable prices, overall it was a great experience. We will definitely recommend Brent to anyone that needs this service.
