Although no service was needed the technician did perform diagnostics. It turned out to be a switch turned off. The technician was very professional. Great service, would highly recommend Home Heating .

Had new AC and furnace installed in Aug. Tried to switch to furnace this weekend but no luck. No matter how much we fiddled with thermostat or instructions on the furnace it wouldn't come on. When I called, they had Bow here within an hour. He took probably 20 minutes to figure out the manufacturer had failed to make a certain setting and fix the problem. We have heat! Glorious heat. Thank you Home Heating and Bow.

He damaged my stove with one of his tools and I'm confused why he didn't bother bringing it to my attention that would of atleast made the situation better. I just bought the stove in November and finally had it delivered to me two months ago which to me who doesn't get new ever makes a huge difference.
