Dude came out in a timely manner but didn’t fix our heater. He basically said it was running normal when it clearly wasn’t (shutting off and on rapidly is not working normal in my book.) So yeah, don’t pay 100 dollars for someone to tell you your glitchy heater which blows cold air is working normal. 🙄😑 we ended up leaving our home cause I’ll be damned if I’m paying 100$ for something that never got fixed.

I was very impressed with the service that I received from this company. They were able to come out to my house within 30 minutes of me calling them, which was awesome. They did a great job, and they were really friendly too!
Fox Heating was wonderful to work with. Dennis was very professional but also did not push anything on us. He even encouraged us to shop around for our new HVAC system, which we did. However, we came back to Fox because they had the best deal and we very much trusted them. Our new system works great, and their customer service is second to none. We had a problem with our thermostat last week, and they came out the very next morning and repaired it. I can't say enough good things about Fox Heating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Fox Heating & Cooling replaced the A/C unit and Furnace in our home. They worked with us to find the best products and overall solutions to meet our needs. They were always very professional, on time, efficient and friendly. They were great at communicating with us through phone calls and emails, never left us guessing about anything. I love that they took the time to register our products with the manufacturers for the warranties so we don’t have to plus they completed the form for the gas company rebate. They emailed it to me to sign and submit- This was HUGE! The entire team at Fox Heating & Cooling is great. It has been such a great experience working with them.

First time using Fox Heating and Air this year. I can tell you that their service and professionalism is awesome. Jerry came out and made sure our AC was running perfectly in the Spring and came over today (10-24-22) to service our furnace for the winter. Jerry took his time and made sure everything was running correctly. He even vacuumed the area where some of the insulation came out of my attic and installed the air filters. I will definitely recommend their services to all my friends and use them again next year.
Got information on the company and yearly maintenance program from Nick. Jerry came out this week to do the maintenance on the heating unit ....he was on time and checked the heating in the house as well. Will definitely recommend Fox to others.

My A/C went out in triple digit heat. While other companies put me off for a week, FOX scheduled the diagnostic and repaired it the next Day! Nick quickly diagnosed the problem and almost as quickly had my air back up and running! He was friendly and professional and explained everything. I was so pleased with the timeliness of the repair as well as the price. It was 85 in my house that afternoon. By the evening we were back in our home sleeping in cool Temps! Thx Fox!

Three months ago, I bought an older home with known HVAC issues. Dennis came to do an inspection for me, and outlined the situation and made a plan to correct it, within my budget and timeline. Since then, Dennis, Justin, Jerry, and Danielle have been very responsive to issues as they've worked to correct the mish-mash of equipment and questionable installation. They took care to make sure my family stayed comfortable throughout the process, and even stayed well within budget. Highly, highly recommend!
All I can say is wow what a great experience. They were able to get me in super quickly. Feel like they went the extra mile to really figure out my issue. The technician was extremely professional and very very kind would recommend them 100%
Dennis found out the issue with our AC outlet and fixed it super fast. Not only that, he helped us to fix and move our dining table set. Highly recommended!

I hate when I am in a bind with home maintenance and have to "hope" that the person coming out to help my issue with a problem in my home will be fair, honest and not a scammer. You will never feel cheated or taken advantage of when you work with Fox. This is a family run business and they treat you like family when they work on your HVAC system. They are now in my confidence...I will not use any other company in the Treasure Valley. Thank you to the Fox Family. Worked with Justin 5/23. He arrived on time, was super friendly and respectful. I originally called for a small leak I'd noticed near the unit and they took care of yearly maintenance for both the heating and A/C at the same time. 10/10 would recommend again.
These amazing guys know what they are doing! EVERY technician was knowledgeable, courteous, kind, and respectful of my family and to the house.
