Working with Express Plumbing Heating & Air was great. Not that I wanted my HVAC to go out but this company made me feel calm and taken care of. My technician AJ was very kind and easy to talk to.

My experience has been stellar with this company from the very first phone call where polite and friendly were the first priority from the lady that answered. I explained my situation and she scheduled a technician the next morning. Again, service tech showed up and immediately I was treated like a friend and not just a customer. Todd was straight forward with the situation and gave me numerous options to pick as my choice to handle the job. After making my decision, a work order was scheduled for the next work day. That morning began right on time and by the end of the day my new AC system was installed. Absolutely the most professional and pleasant transaction I have had in years. We had a true emergency with a backed up main line out. Flooded a large portion of our basement. Not at all pleasant. We called Express and they got a man out within the hour. He talked us through the various options and attempted the most economical option available. When that didn’t work he tried the next option and fixed the issue. Alex did a great job, cleaned up some of the mess and worked late to get it done. We will use Express again. Great response and a good value.

The technician that came out to our home to assess our air conditioning system was very professional, courteous, and thorough. I will be calling Express Plumbing Heating and Cooling again!
The technician and those we spoke with on the phone were very courteous. We paid the $79 to guarantee they'd be to us within 4 hours. We actually waited longer than that, ( a bit over 5 hours). The technician quickly replaced a very inexpensive part, but we were charged an additional $327.73. We had this part replaced about 6 years ago for about $150. This is literally a $20 part. We are going to order one and keep it on hand so if this happens again, we will save $400+ dollars. The price was painful. It felt opportunistic. Courteous, but way overpriced.
Had express come out and do a tune up on my AC unit, the young man was friendly and professional. He found some issues with the unit and gave me options to how to go about fixing my problem. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you so very much
Express plumbing got more than they bargained for when they gave me a quote for the job. This was a very complex job we discovered. Express plumbing stayed true to the quote they made, gave great service and left the job site clean, looking good and with no loose ends. This was an excellent job and they are pros. Go with Express Plumbing and save yourself a headache.
Office staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Onsite technicians were professional and did a great job. They came out the day I called to have my air conditioner serviced, ordered a new part, and had everything fixed within a few days. Great service. The only reason I don't give them a 5 out of 5 was on the billing. There was an extra charge for future maintenance that I didn't think was necessary and more than 1/3 of the overall price. A $1600+ bill and $600+ was the future maintenance "VIP Membership" charge.
Team worked quickly, were happy to explain the process before, during and after work was complete. Good job!

Diablo did a Great job. He was easy to talk to, explained things well and was very polite. You can send him out on all our a/c and heating needs. The lady on the phone was great. She was very upbeat and thorough. She asked what she could do to make me smile. She already did. We will be using you for all our heating,cooling and plumbing needs.
I'm sure that I had the A team. Kevin came first and figured out that what we thought was the problem wasn't, then Alex arrived and the 2 of them got it figured out and fixed. They came out the same day I called and were efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this company and will call them again if the need arises. Would not hesitate to refer people to this company!
Parker and Devin were awesome! Needed some excavating for a new septic lid and some new plumbing. They finished that up and then fixed the ground that they disturbed like they were never there. Thank you!
Not impressed. I will be finding a new plumbing company. $80 to reserve a guaranteed 4 hour window, if not they’ll be at your place between 8 am and 5 pm (pretty unreasonable window of time). The reps are just scummy salesmen. They are clearly not focused on how to problem solve- they just want to sell you something. And at a huge up charge. The young man that came to my house was trying his best to recite all the sales lines and sell me a new disposal despite the fact that I just purchased one less than a year ago for $800. When I told him I’d fix the problem myself without purchasing a $1,000+ disposal, he miraculously was able to dislodge the item stuck in my disposal… for $135. It’s also creepy that the receptionists are required to answer the phone “How can I make you smile today?” Maybe instead of memorizing cheesy lines and trying to upsell/sell products the client doesn’t need, they could focus on being genuine, honest, and useful.
My furnace would not turn on so I had no ac . So I called express at 8 am the next morning. I recieved an appointment the same day .The technician AJ called me and let me know when they would arrive. Even called me when they were at the end of the road like I asked so I could put my dogs up. AJ and his apprentice Diego were so polite had booties to enter my house with .AJ was so knowledgable of my water source heat pump .I was affraid it was the heat pump that went out but it was just the fan motor .AJ climed under my house and examined my heat pump and assure me that it looked great. THEY WERE BOTH SO NICE AND PROFESIONAL.Answered all my questions and he gave me all the information to fix my furnace .I got three option on fixing my furnace. Thank you much for your help .
We called for a draining maintenance on our hot water heater and were extremely satisfied with the service received during our phone conversation and especially with Gabriel Hernandez's EXCEPTIONAL experience. He is an excellent Service Technician and we DEFINITELY recommend EXPRESS Plumbing Heating and Air to everyone. This is a Quality Company with spectacular staff.
I had a situation with my AC unit. I called Express and they came out the SAME DAY! The tech that came was Donnie . He was absolutely wonderful, polite, courteous, informative, and thorough. The price was VERY inexpensive. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their staff! Every interaction I encountered was pleasant and they put me at ease. It was just wonderful!!
Absolutely amazing company. They sent a tech out the moment they heard our house was in the high 80's The tech, Forest, came out and fixed everything. I will forever use this company and refer them to anyone I know having problems. Thanks again for being so amazing!!!
