We cannot speak high enough of Capital City Heating and Cooling. We had an A/C go out in one of our Airbnb's on a Sunday evening and they were over within an hour. They were quick, professional, and truly great to work with!
We have been customers of this business for a number of years and every single time we have called them a real person has answered their phone and they have responded to us quickly and always at or before the promised time. In this time of long waits, failed time promises, and no-shows from other businesses it is an absolute pleasure working with Capital City Heating and Cooling. The last time we called them was just a few days ago, on the 1st of July, during a holiday weekend and in the middle of our first hot period of the year. We had company for the holiday and our air conditioning unit stopped working during the night. Concerned we would have to wait days for service, we were already trying to make alternative plans. Instead, when we called the next morning, they said they were indeed busy but would get to us before end of day and, true to their word, were here by mid-afternoon! They have always been friendly, professional, and extremely reasonably priced! I would recommend this company to anyone, with absolutely no reservations!

They are very respectful and helpful always polite, communication is key and they are very good at that. Reasonable cost especially if you get on the maintenance program. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I can't say enough great things about this company. After a terrifying experience where my furnace almost caught on fire, Michael was out quickly and assessed the situation and spent hours determining the issue and what needed to be done. We needed a new system and they had it all installed the same day. We weren't even charged for after-hours service and this was all done on a Saturday. I would recommend Capital City to anyone who asks and even to those who don't ask. Great company, they make you feel like family and really take the time to be sure your system is working properly and that you're safe & sound. Please call Capital City for any of your Heating and Cooling needs. You won't regret it!!

We had Capital City Heating and Repair repair our heating system and like before they were professional and precise with their work. Would like to give a shout out to the technician Kip: Excellent work and very helpful with advice about the system. Because of that we signed up for the annual service program.
The group - from the owners to the schedulers to the technicians and installers - are all top-notch professionals. The technicians are always punctual and communicative, and do not seem to be focused on upselling, like so many other service providers. On a 1 to 10 scale, they're a 10.
Kip from Capital Heating and Cooling was very invested in helping us fix our a/c and heat issues. We’ve had issue for 6 months getting our house to cool down or heat up and he was committed in figuring out what our issue was. Capital was sent to us through our property management, but we will remember to call back when we move into our own house! Thanks Kip!

We’ve used Capital City for more than 10 years for a/c and furnace maintenance and have confidence that if and when we need repairs done they will be there for us. We’ve had excellent service from them and expect the same in the future.
These are great professionals- they keep us posted if there are any delays in their arrivals, they leave a detailed report if everything done and always address all of our concerns.

The staff at Capital City Heating and Cooling are always professional, helpful, and focused on providing a great experience at every interaction. I've used them for several years now and have had them make repairs (they came after hours without an additional fee), maintain my units yearly, and provide advice on the life of my equipment. While many companies would say it is time to replace equipment based on age alone, they are always thoughtful, give me the real details of my unit and let me know that the equipment is in good condition and is in good working order so there is no real reason to change it out. When they tell me it is time, I'll trust them. I have an ongoing service contract with them and it is the best money I've spent on this kind of service. Highly recommended. I don't see a future where I'd use another company as long as they continue to provide this level of professional service. Highly recommended!
These guys rock and Michael is an awesome representative of the company. My ac unit had broken so I called Capital and Michael arrived at the scene in less than 3 hours for a quick troubleshoot and repair. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made me feel like a priority. Capital City has my business.
