Jonathan was honest and saved us hundreds of dollars on an unnecessary repair. He did hus due diligence and found out our issue was with the city line flushing not a faulty system. Thank you!
I had a clogged sink and Beacon Plumbing was able to perform a service call within 24 hours. Jonathan was our plumber and he did an amazing job. He was professional, thorough, and competent. Great service!
I had to make the most embarrassing service call ever. A clogged toilet. Beacon sent Alex, who was such a kind young man, along with another man whose name I didn’t get. They were professional and took care of the problem efficiently and even cleaned the toilet afterwards. I was dreading that job so much - I could have kissed him! I didn’t. 😆. Alex was so matter of fact and kind, explaining “That’s what we’re here for”, making me comfortable and reducing my embarrassment immensely.
We’ve used Beacon Plumbing two times for our plumbing emergencies and they were very professional and timely each time. John, the Beacon employee, came the next day after we called and was able to give us an estimate and start work the following day. The whole project was finished in less than a week. I dreaded calling our pool company because I knew it would take them a couple weeks, if they were even able to do the job.
Joe was fantastic and able to fix the issue within a few minutes. He also went above and beyond by disconnecting our washer for us (as that was the original goal).
Brady did a great job reconnecting my kitchen plumbing! He took the time to explain the work and how it was charged so I could understand it. He’s a nice guy.

I had a small issue and called at 8:00am thinking I would get service in a day or 2. They were at my door 9:30am the same morning. They were fast doing the repairs. Reasonable cost with excellent service.
