Tyler did a fabulous job for us today. Honest feedback and very professional.
These guys came out and tried to take advantage of my mother as her A/C was out. Quoted 9-14K and gave sunsetting pricing if she didn’t agree to fix it that day. She then got two additional estimates. Access was trying to fix things that were not needed and overpriced. Totally disingenuous and lacking business ethics. Ensure you always get quotes regardless of what the HVAC contractor says.
Tyler W was professional and just great to work with. He took the time to thoroughly assess my HVAC, offered great advice, and educated me on maintenance. Gold star - would recommend this business and Tyler to anyone.

Good communication from dispatch on when the tech wound arrive. Live tracking. Tech wore booties. Didn't see exactly what the tech did, but seemed informative. Not overly pushy.
We had Richard come and quote the price to fix our water heater. He was very professional and let us know that some of the issues involved would have to go through insurance, then he helped us locate a lot of the issue. Overall it was a good experience and when we get the proper papers in order we will definitely use this service in the future.
Richard Joyce did a great job. Annual A/C maintenance, made suggested improvements, clean and professional.

Absolutely wonderful! Professional, kind, trustworthy and a great experience. From my call in to schedule to the worker who came out. I also learned a lot of what we should have done to prevent what happened but now we know for the future. Highly recommend!
Roland and his management team don’t back their work. Access Heating installed a humidifier in our home and when we paid to have it serviced it failed shortly thereafter, causing a leak in our subfloor running under our kitchens wood floor. When this issue was brought to their attention, they were quick to send out technician Michael to investigate the issue. Mike stated the installation of the humidifier should never have been completed the way it was, reminder their own tech did the install and service and never once indicated this unit could be at risk. Mike promised to my and my wife’s face that the company would make sure to fix the issue by opening an insurance claim. Fast forward 3 weeks and I get an email from Roland stating that because I tampered with the unit that they were not going to be assuming responsibility for the issue and ruined floor. The only tampering that was done to the unit was turning off the water to stop the leak! In the 3 weeks we were waiting for the repairs to happen to our floor, I even had Access come out and service our AC unit and paid for this service. Not a good practice to promise your customers that an issue would be resolved, while accepting more business from them, just to turn around and tell them to pound sand. Extremely disappointed in being lied to multiple times and shame on me for trusting them to hold up their end of the bargain. I would steer very far from this these guys. They say all the right things to get your wallet open and then fall flat on following through. I will update this review with the Better Business Bureau claim number once received!
Nowel has over eight years of experience with HVAC. He was a professional. He gave me sound professional insight, and advice on my system. While doing a routine check, he discovered a problem with the airflow in the duct that went to my upstairs. He had to cut into the duct open it, fix the problem and reseal it. He did this quick and efficiently, and made it look like new. My system is running better than ever I would highly recommend access heating and air and Nowel
Access Heating and Air did a great job. They sent a crew of 4 young men who worked hard and got everything installed in about 6 hours. They explained things to me and everything works great.
Tyler clearly described issues he saw and even took before and after videos to show the results of his work. They're support team is also very communicative and will let you know throughout the day when they expect they'll be ready to meet you.
The folks who came out were very kind and understanding of our situation. We didn't get the work we wanted done because the price was too much for us and we've come up on hard times, but it was a very pleasant interaction and we intend to call upon them again later on when we have more resources. They were professional, prompt, clear, and provided detailed explanations that were easy to understand.
Michael our tech was very professional and informative about the process and pointed out things that could be done to maximize the life of our unit without being pushy. We ended up having the blower fan and housing cleaned out as an extra caution as we had excess dust in the home. I would highly recommend this company for their customer service

Service tech was very friendly and respectful. He explained what he was doing and how long it would take. Suggested a few things that could be addressed but did not pressure me at all. I highly recommend Access Heating & Air.
I highly recommend Access Heating. Their customer service is exceptional and technicians are great! They really take the time to make sure all my needs are met! I will definitely use them in the future.
Good company, friendly and knowledgeable service tech. Only suggestion: I paid to have the blower motor and fan removed for cleaning. Once out for service the tech found the motor was leaking oil and suggested replacing it (ten years old). The removal & cleaning was $300+ and then to replace the motor was another $1200+ wish the $300 had been deducted or cut in half at least, after all I think it would have been $1200 for the replacement if I had called them out to do just that. The joys of being a home owner. I will use their services again however.
