Apex Residential installed a Brand New AC Unit and Furnace at my home. Their team was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. I would definitely use them again. This was an awesome experience.
I received a unit through the HUG program. 1. They drilled a whole in my foundation without prior notice or permission for a short cut by putting a vent on the side of my home. This not only left holes in my siding but also caused my foundation to crack. 2. I informed the owner or supervisor that one is my floor vents has been disconnected by one of the workers. I learned today the vent is still in the ground. 3. I called to run out the size of the filter and was told there'd be a charge for them to come out and tell me. REALLY? I hired another company and learned they'd put in a 1 inch filter when a 4 inch filter is required. 4. I was also told today by a certified engineer that the duct insulation should have been replaced with the new unit... again shortcuts. 5. The workers didn't close the hole where the Cooper wires enter the crawl space causing a lot of water damage under the house. Moisture. Rot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVEN IF IT'S FREE. IT'S COSTING ME MORE!

REGINALD LOWE really doesn’t know the work. His professionalism is just a cover for his conniving and manipulative ways!! He doesn’t follow the Georgia labor laws and can’t keep help cause of his greed and the being honest with his employees. He uses after market units and still charge you the price of new equipment. JUST DO YOUR RESEARCH ON WHAT YOU NEED AND GETTING BEFORE LETTING HIM DO THE WORK.

I placed a service call with Apex today because my heat was blowing cool air. First Ms. Anita called and informed me they could see me earlier than my scheduled time frame. Isjhad arrived early and he was super polite, professional, masked up and had on his shoe covers. He came in and went straight to work, identified the problem and told me he had to go get the parts. He was back and quickly resolved the matter. He cleaned up afterwards and I would definitely use them again.. This was an awesome experience but even more so because the temperature is scheduled to drop in the next couple of days. He fixed the problem and the entire experience was pleasant from Ms. Anita calling and following up to the tech Isjhad. I would recommend you giving them a call.
My ac went out last night. I call Apex this Sunday morning and within 2 hrs he was here. It didn’t take him long to find the problem and he had the parts to repair it in his truck. He was finished with the work in a timely manner. I was very impressed with his customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.
Reggie was very professional. I especially appreciate him being so accommodating to the time that I was available. He answered every question and spoke with complete mannerism. Yes, I would use his company services again and I recommend this company to anyone whose looking for complete professionalism.
Called Reggie after being highly recommended to me by a very very trusted friend. Reggie came out to see us the same day, quoted the most reasonable price to replace (at my request) an entire system once hired transparent comms flowed like water out of a tap! Super happy with the comms, we finally got to the agreed upon date for install and I requested for the ducts to be cleaned..... The team came through, very professional and cleaned up behind them 6 hours later the entire system was installed to my satisfaction! I’ve now hired APEX to maintain my HVAC systems and they’re coming back out tomorrow to Do duct cleaning on my 1st floor vents Great experience (Not sure what happened with the prior reviews but i for sure will be using them again)
Have worked on the unit 4 times. Says unit does not have a leak but has been filled 4 times. Unit continues to freeze up and leaks onto the living room ceiling. Please do yourself a favor and do not use these guys.
I wish I can say I had a good experience with this company but I did not. We had to call them out to fix our air conditioning twice since they had installed it and we had just moved into our house. I feel we were given temporary fixes because we haven't even been in our house for 3 months and have had to call them twice. By the third time I will admit I was upset. I spoke with Reggie Lowe who is the founder and was treated very unprofessionally, was even blamed for being the cause of our air-conditioning not working, he raised his voice at me and in addition hung up on me. Bottom line, do not use this company. Reggie will not back his work.
