Air comfort I appreciate Rick, Jordan and Dalton. Having a non working cooling and heating system is very stressful. Finding a company to repair or replace one even harder so like many we read reviews because we don't know who to trust. I can say I learned about how cooling and heating works. The installation looks and feels great thus far. It was done timely and reasonable. The guys are great about answering, questions, walking thru thermostat settings. It has only been days. I will update this review later on. I don't do too many reviews. I'm like a lot of you when it comes to having stuff fixed it can be difficult to find good people to do a good job. Give them a call and decide what makes you feel secure. I think you'll be alright using this company.
What can I say except Amazing! AMAZING!!! Rick and Jordan came out as my AC wasn’t functioning correctly and it was hotter than the Sahara desert in my house! Not only did they fit me in, fix my unit and had fair prices, they also told me what they were doing and why. I got their service plan (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) as well to ensure my units are operating efficiently and effectively. If you made it to the end of this review, here is what I want you to know. Fast and professional
My experience really was phenomenal. Mr. Glover was highly recommended by two neighbors in my subdivision. I had already acquired four estimates for two HVAC replacements as I mine was 22 years old, and it was just a matter of time before they chose to die on a 100 degree day. He was responsive, kept his appointment time, was informative, and made good suggestions to improve the overall efficiency of my home. He did exactly what he said he was going to do in the promised timeframe, helped me with financing, and checked to make sure everything was working and that I submitted my information for my warranty. I have no hesitation recommending him if you are in need of repairs or installation.

Very prompt and professional. I thought my repair was going to take weeks to get done but they made it happen in just a couple of days. The technician explained what was going on and got the part ordered right away. The next day the office contacted me to schedule the install since the part was scheduled to arrive the following day. The office was easy to communicate with via phone and text message which I found to be very convenient. I would use them again.
Rick Glover and Hunter, came to our rescue, a day before our scheduled appointment with them, which was awesome! They were very friendly, and professional, and very efficient. We will definitely use them again, for any issues, we may have in our future, and will recommend them to our fellow neighbors and friends!

This was our first experience with Air Comfort Designs and I must say they did a great job. They were prompt, courteous, and professional with our AC emergency in this hot Georgia weather! Ricky took the time to provide us with some valuable tips to help avoid another mishap in the future, as well as cleaning up another company’s previous not-so-thorough spring servicing. Now, we’re back to a cool, comfortable house that welcomes us in with refreshing air rather than a heatwave - indoors and out. We will be choosing them again in the future for our AC needs. Ricky came highly recommended to us from friends and they did not let us down! We had another company out the day before to diagnose our problem and they quoted us an amount that I felt was a bit high. Wanting to get a second opinion, we called Ricky and he said he could come out the next morning and look. He gave me an estimated time he thought he would arrive and not a 4-6 hour window. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He quickly identified the problem. THE problem, not the TWO problems we were told we had the previous day. He was professional yet personable and relatable - which I like. In the end we added a maintenance contract with Air Comfort Designs AND all in, we paid half the amount of the quote from the other company. So thankful we found them!
Ricky Glover and his crew arrived the day after we requested service. They arrived on time. After diagnosing the problem, we found out another company (Meeks) was about to over charge us for unnecessary repairs. Air Comfort Designs has earned a lifelong customer.
