This is definitely the place for your AC. They are very knowledgeable. They are also reasonably priced.
Great company. We purchased a new air conditioner from them a few years ago and they have came out a few times for service/maintenance. Everyone that I have dealt with from the company, on the phone or in person, have been very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Something has changed. I feel that I wasted $309.00 for a check up. The tech threw the company's own work under the bus. I will not call them back. I have heard they have been sold.

Jason was an exceptional professional when it came to servicing our home unit. He came with a strong knowledge of the unit we had installed by the company a few years ago and was efficient, friendly, and responsive to our questions. A great experience and service overall. They DO travel to tybee for those wondering :)
John came out on time and was very professional and patient. He explained the various problems and gave me a fair quote. One week later the work was finished and I am a very satisfied customer.
My upstairs unit was leaking into the pan. I called another company to come fix it. They came out twice and said they couldn't figure out why it's still leaking after they tried several things. So I called Pro Air H & C since they have great reviews. I called on a Friday and they were able to fit me in on Monday at 11. The Tech, Jason, was great. He showed me everything and explained everything to me. It ended up being an issue with the pipes. I'm so grateful he got everything up and running without leaks. He promised he wouldn't leave until he found & fixed the problem. Definitely will be calling you guys again for my HVAC needs.

We have used Pro Air for all of our HVAC needs, for many years. They have been unfailingly professional, reliable, and fairly priced. It gives us great peace of mind to know that they are here in Rincon, and just a phone call away if we need them. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Steven, the service technician was pleasant, professional, and able to diagnose/troubleshoot the low voltage wire short problem that we were having causing our A.C./Heating unit to not turn on and work properly. Problem solved with his patience, persistence and experience!!
Pro Air installed my AC and they do all of my maintenance and routine servicing. They are excellent and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’ve always been professional, fair, and honest.
Techs were good and on time. Did quality repairs. The cost was an issue with me. I felt like since the entire unit was being replaced under warranty the labor charges were extreme. Other than that, I would use again.

When something goes wrong, you want the problem to be fixed. You search the internet or maybe ask friends who you should use. And ultimately, you don’t want to be taken advantage of. Pro Air heating and cooling is my first choice for all of my A/C issues. I’ve lived in Springfield for 9 years and have used other businesses before finding Pro Air. I will never use anyone else. They identify the problem, tell you how much it will cost, and then fix it. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. They are the heating and air company you’ve been searching for!
