Russ did a great job of going over what was appropriate for our house and highlighting the options and advantages. He was extremely responsive and we were up and running in short order. The install team did a really smooth installation and they. have followed up to make sure that everything is in order. I expect to be with them for a long time.
If I could give it a zero I would, don’t say you are 24 hrs and wait over a hour to tell us there is nobody

I called for after hours service for our A/C that went out. It was about 90 degrees in our home. I have a contract with a company but they could not fit me in that evening. Dyess did though!! The tech kept me informed of his possible arrival time. When he arrived he was very professional and quickly found the problem and fixed it. The cost was much less than I anticipated given the situation. The tech even told me the part was a warranty item, which I had no ideal and saved me money!! I definitely recommended Dyess! Above and beyond service!!
Haved used them twice. Very professional and very quick service. Lighting took my AC out Friday night, called them Sat morning, tech who was actually the service manager was there around lunch, determined outside compressor was toast, new unit put in first thing Monday morning. I will never call anyone else. They earned my future business for sure. You cannot go wrong with these guys.
I scheduled an appointment for a quote this morning and was told a technician would be here between 2pm and 4pm. Noone showed up or called. At this point I'm not even surprised lol.
James provided excellent and responsive service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Straight forward and fair pricing, no gimmicks. Product was in stock and ready for immediate installation. Everything installed and worked just as he stated. Highly recommend!
Dyess has been very professional and has great service. Everything was explained in detail. Both Tyler and Stephen have come out and taken care of my Carrier unit. I would recommend Dyess for your heating and air needs.

Brian came out this morning to fix an issue with my upstairs A/C not cooling. After careful consideration, he figured out the problem, installed a new thermostat, and I’m in business. He was very nice and professional and I also appreciated him wearing a mask inside my home. My family have been Dyess customers for over 20 years and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
He was on time and very courteous. He told us what he would be doing and did it. Then explained what he had checked and told us everything checked out fine! Very nice young man!
Cooling fan quit unit would not blow cold air tech came onsite after normal hours he professionally trouble shot the system and determined the fan motor was at fault. He had parts on hand was able to replace the fan motor and returned the A/C to normal operations. I was very impressed
The technician was professional and knowledgeable of his craft. He was able to find the problem and ordered the needed part. He took the time to explain what happened to the AC unit and how it would be repaired. He worked in ninety degree weather , yet he still took the time to cover and answer all questions and concerns. What an awesome technician!!
Josh Holliday came to my house after hours and quickly and professionally addressed my AC issues. He explained about the Dyess maintenance program. I will follow up. Josh is amiable and very helpful. I felt that I'd made a friend. Dyess should clone Josh and send him on all repair jobs.
Jonathan did a great job on HVAC equipment. Great personality and quick with his service.
8/25-Called with an AC system not working. David, who knows our systems well came same day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and has taken steps to get the necessary part as quickly as possible. when the part arrives he will return to repair the system. 8/28-David returned with a new blower motor, replaced the part, and tested the system to working order. Great job! 9/2 - Scheduled maintainance on both systems. As always, David was on time, thorough, checked inside and outside, gave me a thorough review of what he found and an idea of things to look at in his next full service and an idea of cost. He will return for quarterly service/review in December. I understand where things stand and he, as always, was professional.
Had an issue with our thermostat during the night called them up the following morning and they sent a tech immediately. The tech Josh Holiday was amazing friendly and very knowledgeable. I want to thank Dyess for sending him out. When I need repairs and checkups I will definitely request for him to return.
