My ac went out in the dead of summer and one call these guys were on top of it! Got a new unit and air handler and had us back up and running in no time! Highly recommend!
We had a part go out on a Saturday night and lost our A/C. We reached out to Edge on Sunday morning not optimistic we could get things fixed. Cameron came out quickly and worked throughout the day to not only diagnose our problem, but find a part from a closed supply store, and ultimately repair our unit. What an awesome service experience! Thank you Cameron and EDGE AC!
Not only did they have us up and running within a couple hours. Eric went above and beyond with customer service. He even called the next day to ensure we were still good. His tech Chester was helpful and cleaned the area thoroughly after they finished the job. Eric took the time to explain the operation setup with us which was really just a breath of fresh air after the last AC company we used.
I work on houses on sea island. The work these guys do is the worst I've seen in 35 years. Can't believe they are even in business!!Very poor work!!!
I'm still waiting to get finished up.
The technician, Jacob, came to our home and cleaned our ductwork. He was on time, very professional and was quiet and efficient!, and extremely polite!
Dylan was awesome! I woke up to a cold house, apparently the heat went out overnight and it was 50 degrees I call Edge and they had someone at the house within an hour Dylan was the service tech. He was professional and understanding. He ensured the heat was working and explained what was wrong and fixed it. I recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!
We have recently started using Edge for commercial and residential HVAC work. They are a pleasure to work with, and are always super professional. They show up on time, in uniform and are extremely knowledgable. They are willing to work through issues, explain things in a way that is easy to understand, and always give options on any issues that arise. I highly recommend Edge!

Hi I am the captain of the Lady Mina which is in Windmill Harbor and Jacob arrived to service our 3 AC Units and check our one refrigeration system and he was a pleasure to work with, was well prepared to service our equipment, He also found that we needed to upgrade our fridge compressor.
They called after business hours to say they could come around 630 pm the first day we declined. They were supposed to call the next day to have someone come out. They never called back!
I would highly recommend this company. They were very prompt and friendly. They were able to resolve the problem quick and the AC is working great again!
Needed after hours service, called left a message and received a call back within 5 minutes if that!! The Technician was extremely helpful, quick to get loaded up and out to my house and fixed within no time! Absolutely fantastic customer service!! Recently moved into a new house. However, before we were able to move in, we needed to have two air conditioning units replaced. We decided to use Edge out of Rincon, Ga. It was mid-December and with the holidays/short notice, we did not expect them to be replaced or to move in before the new year. Sean and his team were so awesome to work with and had the units installed before Christmas, which is much sooner than we expected!!!! I would just like to personally thank Sean for his help and guidance throughout the process. (We are first time home buyers, still learning many things) I would also like to thank the two men who worked, sun up to sun down, two days strait, replacing parts and installing the new units. You all were truly awesome and made this experience as easy as possible. Thank you!!
My air conditioner quit working and Edge came out in a timely fashion and did an excellent job. Technician was neat and polite and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing heating and air work.
