God help you once they leave the job site because this company surely won't . Won't respond to emails or phone calls, then if they ever do, they tell us we never sent them anything. Our large expensive system is now useless. We were given an estimate by another company of $5,000 to go through and fix all the leaking fittings. We can't afford it. You are better off spending your money on lottery tickets than getting a system from them. Then you would have at least a chance of getting something for your money.
Installed a large ductless heating and air, used substandard or improper connectors. Now we are told it will take thousands of dollars to fix. This company won't even answer emails or phone calls. If you want to be left holding the bag, then go ahead and try using them.
Used parts known to be defective for our install. Will not respond us. Church cannot afford to fix their lousy installation.
They put in a 5 head system and 2 1/2 years later it might as well be a paper weight. It leaks all freon in a couple of days which takes $1000 to refill. Very unhappy with them. They don't return emails or phone calls.
We spent a lot of money for our church to get a new system. Now we are using space heaters because of it wasn't installed right. Please fix it before summer.
Shoddy workmanship, and totally non responsive to problems. I had a five head Daikin unit installed for our church property. After about 2 1/2 years it leaked out all the coolant. This unit takes over $1000 just to refill the coolant! It now leaks like a sieve, and the company won't return my calls or answer emails. Do not use this company unless you want to throw money in the toilet.

Unprofessional.. thieves!! Keeps so called retainer.. your own money, don’t see it again!! Rob you from your pay, ignore you completely!! Do not recommend you work for them unless you’re willing to get robbed!
It’s obvious that Hobbs really cares about it’s employees, which gives the final result (HVAC/new construction projects) a superior quality and craftsmanship.

We have used JR Hobbs the past couple of years to maintain and service the heating and air conditioning units in our home. Duver Carmona has been our serviceman each time and we can’t say enough about his professionalism and reliability. He explains what he has done in layman’s terms so it is easy to understand. He also communicates about what might be something to watch out for in the future as it relates to potentially vulnerable parts of the operation. Best HVAC service. We have never had any issues. Pedro is very professional he came to our home to assure that everything was done to our satisfaction. The servicemen are always so polite and knowledgeable.

Got a couple of estimates and my existing contract with JR Hobbs was the best price. Pedro was great to work with and made the whole process super easy.
First semi-annual maintenance check after they installed both my HVAC systems in late March, 2019. Filters replaced and systems checked for proper and most efficient settings. Arrived a few minutes before the earliest scheduled window time frame. Should have some colder weather coming up where I can make sure both heating systems perform as expected. Second semi-annual maintenance check on June 15, 2020. Duver performed the service. As always, very personable fellow. Since the installation of my two HVAC systems, they have done a great job in both installing and preventative maintenance. As an aside, both systems work great and am simply very pleased with my experience to date with JR Hobbs. Had no desire to have anyone enter my home due to Covid-19, but Duver did wear both a mask and gloves during his visit and maintained his distance.
