Fan on compressor stopped. Capacitor was bad. Happened 6 pm Saturday. Called Wall and David made it out about 9pm and had it fixed in less 30 minutes. I have a service maintenance contract with Wall for several years and they have always been great.
Kris answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything he did. He also pointed out a few things I could do to help prolong the use of my unit. He seemed very competent and I was very satisfied with the service he provided.

Quick response time, friendly knowledgeable. Troubleshoot the problem and gave me recommendations to correct. Did not try to sell me something I did not need. Corrected issue. Recommend company and David. Will use in future for any repairs needed.
My main (3-zone) AC went down last night; temp in house was 80! Called Wall Heating and Air as they installed the system. Tried a manual reset with no success and they worked me into their service schedule and I’m back up and running in less than 24-hours! Today was my first service experience with Wall Heating and Air Conditioning. From start to finish I was very pleased. The company definitely is 100% into customer service. I received reminder text messages and an email to inform me of who would provide service. This message contained a picture of the technician. Mr. Kris Frier serviced both air conditioning units at my home and replaced one thermostat. He was extremely personable and professional. I appreciated his clear explanation of the problems and how he would rectify them. He carefully outlined plans for me to consider going forward as my units are aging and will need to be replaced in the future. I had mega questions and Kris answered each one expertly. He was impressive and genuine and it was very apparent he loves his job! I am extremely pleased Kris was the technician dispatched to my home. A special thanks to Karen who kept in contact with me until Kris came out to provide service. I definitely plan to utilize Wall Heating and Air Conditioning for all HVAC concerns going forward.

Kris diagnosed the problem, went right to work, and had my AC running, again in no time!! He was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to talk to! He even went a step beyond, and repositioned my condensate line, to properly drain outside!
