Our gas furnace quick working, Billy came out in a timely manner and got our heat back on.
Best thing I can say is he showed up with a couple of hours and had a friendly disposition. He was not able to do more than pull out our VERY old filter and advise us to diligently replace it. He also advised us to remove the debris from our backyard and clean the 2 units outside, which we did that same night. However, NONE of this was the problem. It was actually the unit in the attic that was frozen. A few days later, my husband went up into the attic and discovered the problem and resolved it himself. When I called to speak with Billy, he was very combative, defensive, and loud. My intention in calling was to ask if he should have looked at the unit upstairs but was met with unnecessary behavior. I'm sure Billy has done great work for others but I can't say the same. When you own a business, you need to learn to dialogue with your customers professionally, especially if that's how they are interacting with you.

Very experienced no nonsense gets the job done
We have relied upon Billy Butler for all of our HVAC maintenance, repair, installation, etc. for over two decades. They are awesome and Billy is very hands on with the quality of work and provides several options for whatever is needed. Recently we replaced 4 HVAC units in an old house we purchased. The units are a dream, the duct work was re-jigged for better flow, and the filtration system simply amazing. We have moved 3 times in the past two decades and we rely on Billy Butler and is honesty - still today. Highly recommend Billy Butler Heating and Air Conditioning. The best of the best.
Absolutely the best very dependable and honest. I called him on a Saturday night and he was at the house with in 45 min's. Billy upon arrival had totally done the job in less than an hour. We have been doing busy with him for many years and will continue. He truly shows us that he cares and very reliable.
I called them on Saturday to check the water leak on my home AC. They did poor testing and fix. Now on Monday the leak come back.
Hot summer evening, after hours of course, its been raining and my A/C stops working. I called a local, well known company, but they didn't answer. I looked up some others. I chose Billy Butler and I am beyond satisfied. I will call him for ALL of our A/C needs and services.Thanks !!!!
My ac went out this weekend. It was hot and humid. I called Billy Butler Hvac and they came to my rescue. Billy was able to get my unit going once again. He’s reasonable priced and got the job done. I highly recommend Billy Butler Hvac.
Poor customer service, we were scammed out of 965 dollars. When we called to complain about our air unit, we were told that was all they could do. Billy Butler was not willing to come back and make it right. Do not use this company.
We call on Billy day or night. He is always dependable. He installed us a new system with an filter system that I don't have to worry with. Billy will come by twice a year to check our system and filter. Very dependable and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Billy Butler heating and air for all for hvac needs.
We have used Billy for about 25-30 years. We would never use anyone else. He is honest, hardworking, dependable and trustworthy. Our kids use him at their houses as well. Thank you for your many years of service to us. Hope to use you forever.
Billy Butler replaced our AC and Furnace unit and did a fantastic job or reviewing all our options and how we use our systems in order to make sure we placed a system in that worked for us. Billy arrived quickly for our Saturday AM service call. He was professional and took the time to help us understand what was going on with our AC. Unfortunately, it was an old system and well past the point of repair. The good news...Billy and his team were back first thing Monday AM to install the new unit and get us running smoothly again. I've been living in my home for nearly 8 years. Every winter, we'd observe that one room seemed unresponsive to adjustments to the thermostat and would feel several degrees cooler than the other rooms. After observing Billy at my next door neighbor's home, I asked him to take a look at the system and he confirmed that the room wasn't getting sufficient air/heat flow due to the ductwork [for that room] branching off too many times. He gave me a reasonable estimate to reroute and add additional ductwork and I had him come back two days after the initial consult. After the work was complete, I was amazed at the immediate difference felt in the room. On one hand, I couldn't believe we'd been living with this one room that was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter for 8 years! But on the other hand, I'm glad I saw Billy Butler at my neighbor's first to engage him. Upon the recommendation of my neighbor and now my own experience, he's punctual, responsible, knowledgeable, efficient, fair priced, and just an overall very nice man. I'd recommend him to anyone willing to listen day and night and I say that bc he'd probably come out and see you any time, day or night! Thanks Billy!
My HVAC unit had been inop for about 2 months plus due to a leak we had in the system. After having 3 different Commercial companies come out and wanting astronomical pricing to repair or replace the unit, I called Billy Butler HVAC. Best call I've made to date! After a brief conversation about my system Billy Butler came up with a solution that NONE of the other commercial companies recommended or even offered. Mr. Butler implemented his solution and got my system repaired and back operational at very reasonable price the same day he came out. Our house is cool again and our system has been fully operational since Mr. Butler serviced it. Mr. Butler has outstanding customer service and is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems and the industry. Billy Butler HVAC has my business going forward. VH
Billy came out at 9pm, diagnosed my problem and was back out to fix my a/c by 11am the next morning I had cool air flowing. Amy is super helpful in keeping you in formed on when Billy will arrive. I highly recommend you call them for promp service.
Mr Bulter came quickly. Worked around my work schedule. Explained what needed to be done and why. Talked with me about the options. AND is a very nice man. Thank you Billy!!
