Nicole provides fantastic customer service while Dustin ( the service tech) is phenomenal. He was on time, polite, courteous and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Thorogood Heating and Air to anyone in need.
Excellent experience all around. They were great at communicating and did fantastic work. I had them move my AC unit to the other side of the house and they went the extra mile to make sure it was all dressed up and looking good as well. Very professional. Highly recommend.
