Phil is awesome! Very responsive and extremely knowledgeable about the customer needs. Provide suggestions for what the best application would be for our current and future needs. Once installation began, Kevin stayed with the installation of two heat pump systems until they were up and running the same days that the installation occured. The duct installation was extremely clean and looks great! Both systems have exceeded our expectations! Two reasons I chose Georgia Spec was 1) when I was out of the country and one system failed he was the one guy that showed up immediately and repaired the old system when no one else would after waiting for 5 days. One call was all it took to Phil. 2) because when asked about the right system to use Phil gave great advise as far as the systems and what other things needed done to make our home tp make it heat and cool the best. As far as I am concerned Phil is the guy to go to when you want 100% satisfaction and professionalism from your contractor. He has my business forbthe future. Great job Phil and Kevin!

Have you ever wished you could go back in time and change a choice you made? Phil stopped by over 4 years ago and gave me the best solution to my two story house that needed a new HVAC system. At the time I didn’t know it and purchased off what I thought was the best brand name. Fast forward to 4 years in the future. He was 100% correct and I purchased a unit from another company that has had multiple issues and simply won’t keep up. I should have followed his advice, he was the only one out of 4 companies that quoted that gave me the best advice. Hard for me to admit it. But he was 100% honest and I recommend him. I’ve learned a very costly and valuable lesson. The brand name doesn’t matter as much as the installation and the knowledge of the HVAC professional. Call him first.

Had an issue with my down stairs not cooling as good as it had. The tech came out and not only fixed the issue, but gave me some tips as well as teaching me more about how the unit works. I really appreciated the way they handle business and will be signing up for their maintenance plan.

I called Phil on a Wednesday and he came out on Thursday to do summer maintenance on our HVAC system. He is honest and reliable and takes his time to do the job right. If something doesn't need repairing then he won't repair it just to make more money.

I will never use another HVAC company again. Phil and Georgia Spec are the best. Called going into a holiday weekend, when no one else could come out for 5 days, and the weather forecast was well into the 90s. Phil showed up in less than 2 hours jumped in, and took care of business in no time.He explained every step along the way, and was extremely knowledgeable. My family is extremely grateful for all they did.
