My air went out on Saturday when it was 97. They had someone out super quick to help me. Ken was great, helpful and professional.ken had my air fixed in no time. I highly recommend.

Patriot was recommended by another plumbing firm to reline and repair our pipes. They were very professional and were very delicate with my yard during the pipe removal and installation which I did not expect. Over the course of the project they ran into some issues which delayed the completion of the service. As a customer this was a little frustrating but I can say that Chris as his team corrected the issue and were very responsive to my concerns. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber that is responsive and will give you a honest opinion of the issue you are experiencing.
Lance came out on a Saturday and fixed our water line from the road to the house. He was honest and kind and he did great work! Will use them again. We have used Patriot a few more times since the original review so we thought we’d update this review. They just came to fix our toilet. Taylor and Noah were amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, great at teaching, and considerate. We really appreciated the boot covers they put on every time they came inside. We also loved how honest they were. Noah found a small piece of trash in the water line causing the flow issue. So, instead of charging us $285 for replacing the toilet cut off, he charged $125 for cleaning the line and basic service charge. Stuff like that is why we have used this company a half dozen times already. In the best way possible, I hope I never have to use them again, but rest assured, we’ll call them for any HVAC or plumbing needs.
Ken was really good he fixed our AC and even went the extra mile to explain us. Will definitely call again for any problem I may come.
I recently had an hvac unit installed in my home and my techs were absolutely amazing! Aaron, Mitchell, and Tyler were all very professional and knowledgeable. My unit was quickly installed and works perfectly. Thank you to all the patriot team! All around great company.
Life savers! We have been needing new units for 2-3 years now but kept putting a band aid on it, this is the year that we had to get new ones. I called Patriot and Kenny Edge came out promptly to quote us and discuss our options. We never felt pressured into anything and felt that everything was talked about thoroughly; Mr. Edge made us understand everything before we made our decision. It was a no brainer. Patriot was the company we wanted to go with. The price point was great, the install guys (Tyler and team) were on time, professional and well mannered, left no trace of someone coming in and out of the house. They were wonderful and now we have air. I will forever recommend Patriot to anyone that needs a great recommendation - and I kept my money in Jackson County which was icing on the cake!
I called Patriot because they are a local small business. I needed my duct work checked out to see why I was feeling cool air leaking in my attic from my main unit and its connections. My house in only five years old and I bought it less than a year ago so this was a concern for a “young” system. They came the next day, serviced my unit and gave me a quote for ducting seal repair work. Once I approved the quote (which was reasonable in cost), they scheduled to come the next day to repair where the builder cut corners five years ago. All the service techs who came were respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up well and worked great around my pets and kids.

After trying to fix my HVAC my self , had to call the professionals. Called early evening for an appointment and was surprised to get one for the next morning. Ken was on time and completed the work in less than 2 hours. Thank Patriot

I had two drain pipe leaks, and both were fixed well in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. Technician was friendly and professional when explaining the initial estimate and potential work needed depending on severity. Highly recommended, and will give them a call for any future HVAC needs as well!

Patriot heating and cooling great quote. Service techs Aaron, Mitchell, and Tyler great stand up fellas very professional. Came and installed new inside and outside units. Triple checked making sure everything was good to go before leaving.
