Had Chris and Bill come to work on the air handler today as the unit fell off the wall. They did a great job. They did a ton of work to get everything reinstalled properly and at a fraction of the cost of what another company quoted me. They earned nothing but my highest regards.
So May 14, 2023 my ac system went out in the night time while I was asleep. Woke up found ac was frozen over I had a maintenance plan with this company for a while the tech jay is polite informative and spot on with customer service. He came first thing in the am seen I had a bad coil gave me my opinions after he tried to find away to repair. I opted for the replacement of the system they came out the next morning was a team of Doug and Jay from start to finish, took two hours. They were very informative. Let me know what they were doing and why I enjoyed and learning something as a homeowner. If I wasn’t selling my home and moving, I would definitely be a loyal customer still. Also, the owner is spot on with his customer service as well.
Chris was great! We had been in a battle with our builders about having our A/C fixed on a new home. I reached out to Bills Heating and Air, Chris was awesome! He identified the issue, showed me the faulty part, explained why my unit wasn’t functioning, and replaced the need part. Great guy, great service!

Same day appointment and work was done right the first time. Technician took his time to explain what was going on and gave a good estimate. It’s nice to have a great company to work with when you need them!
Had a friend recommend them. There came out and fixed the original issue. AC started acting up after they left. Turns out something else went bad and they came back out a couple hours later and worked their tails off the fix it. Great guys highly recommend
I called Bill's and my technician Journey and his partner were at my house within 30 minutes! They provided excellent service, and also gave me tips on maintenance to prevent future problems! I highly recommend this service and this technician.

Bill's Heating & Air has both repaired an older unit & just replaced my HVAC completely. In all encounters, the tech was knowledgeable & professional. Response time to my initial call & overall install time on the replacement were both very quick. I would absolutely recommend using this local business!
Called for the ac unit being out, came out on less than a hour, fixed the ac and explained in detail what the problem is, went above and beyond to correct it. Cleaned up the water spill that was not his fault. Customer service A+++++. Fast, professional, efficient service.
Just started using them. They installed my ac unit on new build. Have a 3 year maintenance plan with them. Will see how they do. So far okay.
Jay came within 20 minutes of my call on a 97 degree day. He had it up and running in 15 minutes

AMAZING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. They came one day to access and installed the next day. They had a cancelation and booked me the same morning. I am so grateful for Chris and Journey were AWESOME!!!
Horrible company. Untrustworthy. Terrible customer service. If you have an issue, they will not professionally try to resolve it. Their receptionist denied ever speaking with me when I brought up the issue, was rude, defensive, loud and hung up on me.
Just what I wanted, an honest job done at a reasonable price. Thanks to Jay and crew for a job well done.

I delt with two other companies over the course of a month that did not take the time or effort for my HVAC issue. I calls Bills and they were an absolute life saver. Very responsive and professional as well as affordable and even came early and diagnosed and fixed the issue on the spot. Jay was amazing at explaining the issue and taking the time to physically show me what was wrong. I would recommend this company hands down with zero bad to say about them thank you!!!!!!!
They installed a brand new AC for my house two years ago and the motor of it broke down Thursday and today is Tuesday afternoon and still they don’t know if they have the motor or not. Don’t get me wrong, my technicians were Chris and bill and they came in right away and knew what the issue was and tries to take care of me.
