Joe and his company, ACE Pro Heating & Air, is simply the best around for HVAC services. He has serviced our home for the past 12 years or more, and is always more than fair on his prices -- whether he is replacing the entire system, servicing an existing unit, replacing a part, or just conducting a check-up. He and his entire team are extremely professional, hard-working, knowledgeable tradesmen. His work is impeccable, and he has built a brand that speaks for itself. Unlike other companies, he will make time for an emergency call in the middle of this South Georgia summer because he cares about his customers and the community that supports his business. This is one of the few small businesses in Hinesville that operates with INTEGRITY 100% of the time. He will treat you the same whether you are known in the community or new to the community, and that is what we love the most about Joe and the ACE Pro team.
A++ for customer service and overall experience. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. No gimmicks and fair pricing. Raul was my serviceman and because of his professionalism and knowledge...Ace now has a new loyal customer. I would highly recommend their services!

I tired getting ahold of this company for a quote on 4/8/2019, 4/11/2019, and 4/23/2019. After every phone call I got the same response.... silence. If you need HVAC work done id take your business elsewhere.
Only put a one star so itll show up. People please look at the number clearly. I've gotten like 5 calls a day for this company cus yall keep dialing my number instead of there's. 🤣 I'm not pro air I'm a hairdresser. Totally different companies. I'm sure this company does great though. Never used them but I might in the future. Just yeah I'm not pro air lol
Best all around HVAC service in the Hinesville/Savannah/Richmond Hill GA area. Jose is a true professional and he stands behind their work. There is no one else in this area that impresses on customer service like Jose and his team do. We have now dealt with them over several years and are truly impressed. Very reasonable prices and honest work. Thanks Jose. I love reading the negative reviews written by these unreasonable people. They want a small HVAC business owner to drop everything and take care of them after they have neglected their systems and ignored the professional's advice. Midway, GA
Wonderful company! ACE Pro updated my complete HVAC system at a reasonable price. They come out twice a year for summer and winter inspections (i.e. flushing lines, cleaning ducts, inspecting filters, etc). I like the idea of ACE Pro maintaining equipment they installed and helping control harmful bacterial growth in the duct system. They are always professional and provide me with great customer service.
Called on July 1st because our AC is not turning on at all. Was told someone would be calling us right back to schedule coming out, never received a call. Called again on July 5th, again was told someone would be calling right back. It is now July 8th, we have yet to hear from a tech and still have no AC. Will be taking business elsewhere.
Ace Pro were extremely helpful and responded to a broken furnace in less than an hour. Superb service!
I had a whole unit put in and I tell you what ACE PRO did an outstanding job! Best customer service and Jose thoroughly walked us through everything, very pleased with everything. I did my research before calling them up and I'm glad I did because they are the best in the business!
I had called another place to come and they never showed so I called and spoke with Jose who was very helpful and trustworthy. He came in diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away. He was honest, did not tell me anything just to get me to pay but told the truth showed me so I will continue to use this company and most definitely tell others about them!
I called for an emergency, that my parents' AC unit was not working. Jose came within an hour, and worked hard to ensure he gave us the right information, and worked to get our problem solved and my parents' unit repaired! I didn't want to go back home and leave my parents in a hot house, and Jose ensured it would be solved. Thank you for the professionalism and speedy help that other companies would not provide!
These guys are amazing. I called to tell them about my unit, they said they could be at my place in an hour and knocked on my door less than a half hour after I hung up. The man was very curteous and proffesional and worked very quick to get cold air back in the house. He answered every question I had for him and gave me alot of great advice. I would strongly recommend this company and plan to use them for now on.

The coldest day of the year and this company was at my door at 9am. Jose was fantastic and super nice. Explained numerous issues that my unit had and was very helpful. Jose pointed out the other services they provide, which I loved. I also liked the follow up call ACE Pro Heating and Air. I called a few other companies and received no responses or call's several hours later. Would recommend this and use it again. Thanks
I really love being a part of the membership program. Since joining six months ago, I can already tell a difference in my furnace just by how low my gas bill is. I can’t wait to see what other savings I’ll have.
