Excellent and efficient service. Friendly staff and technician. Technician explained what and why he did the repair. Arrived early, thank goodness. The heat was getting to us. Overall, quality and value were worth the repair.
I like doing business with AireServe of Hinesville. They know what they are doing. Their pricing is fair, the units we have purchased from them perform well, and they respond to calls. I am always confident in their service.
I have been using Aire Serv of Hinesville for AC service for a number of years now and they have been awesome!! Every person that’s apart of this business, from the office staff to the technicians have been amazing and have always gone above and beyond the call of duty when I needed AC service. I have called them at a moment’s notice of my AC not working and one of the ladies (Ashley or Tameka; ladies, please forgive me if I have your names wrong) would schedule a service professional (Kenny J.) to come out by the end of the day, but he has always managed to come out sooner. The service professionals work well together and will come to assist/check on each other. I highly recommend them for any AC services because of their dedication and care for their customers.

Kenny was an absolute lifesaver! Came out to our house after hours and was able to get our house back to an acceptable temp for our three babies. Absolutely can not recommend this company and specifically Kenny enough!

The service received by AireServ exceeded expectations. The whole staff was very professional and thorough. We had to replace our 17 year old A/C unit and were very pleased with this company and it’s attention to detail. Mr Kenny was very knowledgeable at the installation and Mr Willie the owner followed up and made sure we were happy and satisfied. I definitely would recommend them.

$650 seemed like a lot to replace the condenser fan motor in my AC unit but my AC works again and feels great. The person that came out was super nice and professional.
Jason is ALWAYS amazing. This time was no different. He did the maintenance, showed me the issues that needed addressing and why, and then explained what he was doing. At the end though, he TOLD me when my next appointment would be (not his usual), instead of just asking if I was available first which seemed rude. Now I'm going to have to call the office to adjust it - which just wastes my time and tbh triggers a little social anxiety. Plus, I'm pretty sure that my phone automatically blocks calls (identifying them as spam) from the office so I just have to pray they answer when I call.
Kenny J came out to my home the same day I made a call to get my HVAC inspected, serviced, and cleaned. He was professional, explained everything he was doing along the way, and gave me some really good advice on what to do to keep my system in good shape. Also, I had wanted my ducts cleaned because allergy season is here and I figured that it was part of the yearly maintenance. They usually don't do duct cleaning until around fall/winter but Kenny took a look at them for me and said that I didn't even need to get them cleaned just yet so on top of his exceptional service he was honest! Can't beat a company that is respectful of your time, professional, and honest. I will always call Aire Serv for any issues, maintenance, or even questions because the receptionist was also an incredible help.
Outside unit wasnt working for some reason all weekend. Called Monday morning and luckily was able to get me in the same day. My technician Ken was very thorough, professional and informational while diagnosing my problem. He also answered all my questions in detail. Thank you so much.
