Robin and Jermaine are the dream team for HVAC services! I called in the evening to schedule a repair on my system and get a quote for a new one. Robin managed to squeeze me in the very next day and Jermaine kept me apprised of his arrival time. He was kind, considerate, and informative. He was able to fix my unit on the spot and keep me going for another season! Jermaine explained all the aspects of the replacement so that I could make an informed decision on a new unit. The quote was reasonable and very competitive. The reason I will continue to use RJW is because of their honesty, kindness, and trustworthiness! A winning combination! UPDATE: June 20, 2023 I returned to RJW for another repair and a long needed system replacement. They continue to show kindness and consideration while keeping me informed of all the steps my particular home required. They're a small enough company to really feel valued as a customer, but large enough to trust they will be there should I need the warranty. The quote was competitive and considerate of my return business. Your calls will be promptly returned and Jermaine will be there when he says he will. I highly recommend RJW for their continued honesty, kindness, and trustworthiness! You can rely on them!
RJW, Jermaine and Brian(?) are excellent technicians and they repaired my a/c today. I really love this company. Each person that I have encounteted are grest professionals and very honest. I highly recommend Rjw heating and air. The entire experience was great overall, The Office manager Monday is outstanding she was helpful and understanding. Jermaine was my technician he is very knowledgeable and ensured I was understanding everything involved with my system. They even got me financed at a great rate. Can’t say enough good things about them. Keep up the good work.
Jermaine Williams was very professional and and patient while I asked questions. He took his time installing my Wi-Fi Thermostat and explained the in’s and out’s about the unit and it’s components so I could understand what I had. Great job Mr. Williams. Monay, and her husband worked wonders with getting us situated with our HVAC system in our "new" (to us) home. There were several things we werent made aware of when we moved in, but they explained everything to us as far as what we needed, and what was next! Being new home owners, they were patient with us as we had several questions and concerns about everything. The service was better than my home warranty company! So good that I decided not to go through these companies, and deal directly with them. They were flexible, understanding, professional, informative, and made sure me and my family were taken care of. I appreciate their service, knowledge, and know-how. I call them any time something comes up! Thank you all!

RJW is the company that you need in your home or your business.
I highly recommend Jermaine from RJW. He has over 18 years experience and it shows. I first used Jermaine in our old condo that had a unit that was over 14 years old. We were told by 2 other companies that we needed the unit replaced to the tune of $7500. Jermaine actually did a full diagnostic and was able to fix it for a fraction of the price. The second time we used Jermaine was last week on our new house. We had a broken dampener valve that he identified and fixed and discovered our A/C was never sufficiently charged by the builder with coolant. I can’t not recommend Jermaine and RJW enough.
Thanks Jermaine. Don't deal with the heat if you don't want to call RJW. They not only fixed my A/C they showed up early and the cost was beyond reasonable. I will be calling to make them apart of my annual service plan, so that I don't have to beat the heat.

I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism I experienced with RJW Heating and Air Solutions. Technicians Jermaine and Jordan performed maintenance within 2 business days of me placing my work order and even followed up with me afterwards to check in and make sure the system was still functioning properly! Jermaine went above and beyond to answer my questions and solve any issues my heating system had. I will definitely recommend this company to all of my family and friends! The owner installed a new AC and caused damage to my home. He refuses to stand by his work and trying to look for blame elsewhere. He connected the drip line into some old line in the wall of my home and caused flooding. He claims he can't see behind walls. As I told him he should have had that line dripping outside of my home and not between the brick and sheet rock. Because I had to open a wall to find where the dripping was coming from now he wants to blame us from cutting that line. There was no line to cut, it was just a short piece of line above where we cut just dangling in the wall. I plan on taking legal action as I expect to be paid for the damage's, and the problem fixed correctly. I had a plumber friend that came out just to do a temporary fix so we can use our air. Now I have to get another AC guy out here to correct Mr Williams shoddy work.
