Highly recommend J&R! Joe came out to look at our furnace and showed us how to troubleshoot the issue if it happens again. Gave us great advice and was very helpful! We will definitely be using them going forward.

This company is AMAZING! I am not one to leave reviews but I had to help get the word out. I have an older unit that I have been trying to get to hang on for another year or two. Joe has been able to make that year or two turn into even longer. He was able to identify the issues where others have failed. He is so personable, honest, trustworthy, and most of all does not give up trying to diagnose the problem. I will use this company as long as possible.
Joe is wonderful and had a quick turnaround after diagnosing my AC issue. He walked through each product that was offered and made sure I was aware of all the details. Robin did a fantastic job at communicating to me regarding my scheduled appointments. I highly recommend J&R!
Joe and the two guys working with him did a wonderful job replacing my HVAC system! They removed my old equipment and put in a new Rheem gas furnace and air conditioning unit. It now has a larger return plenum and a wide media filter. This new system heats and cools much better than the system I had. They also replaced my old thermostat with a programmable thermostat. I received quotes from 3 companies based on Google ratings / reviews, and I chose to go with J&R because the price he quoted was great, and he didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't need. I was very impressed with the finished product. You can tell these guys take pride in their work.
J & R Heating and Cooling is the only business we will use for our air conditioning and heating needs. We have never dealt with a more friendly, knowledgeable, and honest company. This past July, we had Joe install a 16 Seer system at a very reasonable price. Not only is the system heating and cooling our house much quicker and easier, it has saved us 50% on our gas bill! That is HUGE savings! Thanks, J&R!
Met up with Joe and told him we need a complete HVAC system, furnace and A/C. He discussed a lot of details, but in a way us non-tech people could easily understand. Didn't try to up-sell or pressure into a system that we didn't or was out of our price point. The next day we received a detailed proposal with some options of changing efficiency or seer specs. We agreed on a system, scheduled a day when it wouldn't be raining and Joe and Mark showed up on the button and did their thing. Job was done clean, fast and professional and we would absolutely recommend them to friends and neighbors!
Awesome and fast service always. Signing up for their service schedule is recommended by me. This is the only heating and air service I will use.

Called late Monday evening and Joe came out the very next day within the time he quoted me. He is very knowledgeable and professional and the prices are fair and reasonable. He is now my go to hvac guy!

My AC stopped blowing when a new thermostat was installed. I called J&R and got Joe. He asked me a few questions about what happened. Then he actually walked me through the troubleshooting process! He said there’s no need to pay for them to come out and inspect since it’s probably just a fuse. With his help I quickly found the blown fuse. He spent about 15 minutes on the phone patiently explaining the steps. I now have AC again. I will continue to use this company. Give them a shot.
