Anthony was a Great salesperson. Very knowledgable & clear about explaining information. He was on time as promised for the appointment. Anthony easily answered my questions about all matters concerning unit installation. I would recommend Reliable heating & air.
Brahim was awesome. He took his time to explain the process to me. I will definitely request him for my next service/maintenance. Update from last time. When my service was due, called to request that Brahim be the one to come. First I was told he wouldn't be available for the particular date and I told them I'd wait. Then I was informed that he is only used to service new customers only. Mind you, this would have been my 2nd service. I then told them I didn't want anyone else in my house. Brahim had given me his number to contact him if I ran into any problems so I contacted him multiple times and left messages but he never responded. I will never use or recommend them ever!!
We had a very pleasant experience on line but the tech called us before showing up asking us if it was a manufactured home and that it would be 11 grand to replace unit and it would be a waste of time for him to come look at it
Reliable Heating & Air is the one HVAC that I can rely upon to show up and be as reasonably priced as possible. All of their techs have been great, today we had Jesus and he was friendly, communicative, and efficient! Thanks so much!
Scott came out right away, reviewed our HVAC needs and wrote up the system quote. The install crew was on time, protected our flooring and started removal and new installation.
We called Reliable to check out our new (to us) home's HVAC. Oscar the tech showed up right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and walked me through the system and it was clear he was not there to up sell or over sell. They have gained a repeat customer. Can't say enough good things about them.
Geoff was an awesome technician! We had a few problems and he took the time to assess, recommend, and ultimately resolve our issues. Such a great service!
I was extremely pleased with Reliables response to a critical need for HVAC repair. Jesus was great to work with and went out of his way to correct a former companies errors without any additional charge. Well dressed and very personable! Reliable has my vote and likely a service contract on all three of my units! Btw, Christina who set the appointment was empathic to my needs (medical) and just made it happen. Nice!
Gary was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I have been able to reach out to him over the last two years ever since he sold us a new HVAC system ,whenever I have a question or need help regarding one of Reliable’s products or services that I currently have , or that I am interested in. He is always quick to respond with a call, text or email. Gary’s service today was again 5 star as he came to provide information and feedback on new product I am interested in.
I feel like This company is definitely out here Scamming people. We called them out to fix a problem with our air which we loved the technician and ended up signing up for their monthly membership. We were informed of ALL the SERVICES and REPAIRS that would be covered under this membership before we signed. Which I will show in a picture below… any service in numbers 1-7 are supposed to be 100% covered with the membership. So When we had another problem that needed to be fixed the technician informed us that it would be covered and we just have to wait for the part to come in. Weeks went by and no one called or emailed me so I called just to get an update. They informed me that the part will not be covered and they can offer me a 10% discount. I informed them that I would like to speak to a manager. When I finally spoke with a manager and informed him that the part I needed which was a zone board, should have been covered under my membership and that I have a picture of their coverage sheet he informed me that the technician should have never let me take a pic of that sheet. This immediately through up a red flag for me because why should I have not taken a picture if this is what the company is using to sign people up for membership. THEY MAKE YOU PAY A MONTHLY FEE AND DO NOT REPAIR YOUR UNIT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS. They are FALSE ADVERTISING their company and basically just taking people’s money and not HONORING what they say.
Geoff came to replace a kitchen faucet and a hot water valve on Memorial Day on very short notice. He did a great job and was very friendly and professional.
Austin Harbin is professional and easy to work with. He's great at following up on the work the crews complete. The quality of work the crews did was great, and they are also friendly and professional. We definitely recommend Austin and Reliable Restoration.

Let me start by saying I almost signed a contract with Anthony. He's a front guy for Reliable and will pay dearly for the lies he's telling to get the commissions he's getting by getting people in trash contracts. Every review I read was truthful into what I had experienced. The only time they're on time is to get you to sign that contract and hurry up and get that equipment installed so you own it. When questioned about the contract, he got defensive and down right mad and started to talk over me. Sir, the unit is already marked up 3x the wholesale price and all we know yall selling refurbished units. You dont sound reliable to me and I can assure anybody who cant afford a unit get a window unit until you can. You can buy a new car with the price they trying to push these units off for. And the good reviews with 5 stars are from family, friends, and coworkers, trust me. ONCE YOU SIGN ON THE LINE, THEY OWN YOU.
Technician AJ was amazing, fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. He had great knowledge of our system and answered all our questions. We will be calling and asking for him if we need anything else. Thank you

This was absolutely the worst experience ever!!! I recently purchased a home and only 4 and a half months after the ac started not working. Well I had heard all the commercials about Reliable and I said ok I'm gonna given them a try. The young man came out told me I had a leak and then I remembered about the $29.99 "deal" I had heard about. You purchase this "deal" and after 21 days everything that needs to be done is covered. All labor parts everything. So I waited my 21 days, scheduled the visit for them to show up and off the bat say almost $500 for a leak check. Ok then after they do that I was told that it going to be almost $2000 to fix it because EVERYTHING I needed to be done wasn't covered by the "deal" I purchased. Not one single thing was covered. No parts, no labor. NO ANYTHING!!! So since I am in Georgia and a little fluffy, don't like the heat, I called to say go ahead a fix it. As of today. Which it has been 12 since they came and I called for them to fix it, I have still have not received a return phone call from them. I had someone at work recommend Cooled by G and they came out the very next day and fixed it perfect for $700 dollars cheaper. I finally had to call 3 days in a row to get someone to cancel my "deal". I would highly discourage anyone from using this company.

The overall experience beat my expectations. The price was the best I could find, the work was neat and the install looks solid. Tom the consultant was not pushy and provided all the info I needed to make a wise decision. Raul and Christian did a great job installing the system and cleaned up everything really nice afterwards. My mother recommended Reliable to me and I would recommend Reliable to my friends and family.
