The tech arrived and was very professional. He took his time to explain anything not understood at the time. He had my unit cooling again in no time.
Each time the maintenance crew has come to service my HVAC equipment, I have been thoroughly satisfied. The last time the service person came out, he sprayed the air conditioner to clean the debris from it. I have been very pleased with the expert service and their receptionists. The staff members have handled each of my concerns with courtesy and follow through.
I would highly recommend Dobbs. They are honest, fairly priced and knowledgeable. They have serviced my home and my elderly mothers home for 6 plus years. In addition to their professional service , they are good human beings. My mother recently passed and they had delivered to my home the most beautiful bouquet of flowers What company do you know today, that takes the time and has compassion to do this. These folks at Dobbs are the best! They quickly fixed a big problem we had from another company. We have a Rheem Heat Pump System that was poorly installed by an independent installer (NOT DOBBS HEATING and AIR). The system air output was far below what it should be and obviously not installed correctly by that independent guy. We put up with the issue, trying to get him to come correct it for way too long until this last Thursday it finally quit blowing out of the vents alltogether. I called Dobbs Heating and Air, and from the first phone call at 4 PM on Friday afternoon, it was nothing less that professionalism. Jammie worked with the schedule and set me up for the following morning, Saturday. The technician Rob gave me a heads-up call 20 minutes out and arrived absolutely on time. He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the system. He diagnosed the airflow issue quickly. He had the system up and running again in almost no time and then explained how the ductwork had been poorly connected when the system was installed by that other guy. Bottom line, call Dobbs for your HVAC needs. They are honest, and do what they say they are going to do, and they do it very well!
They arrived in the time window they gave and installed the ac quickly and cleaned up after themselves to leave everything neat and tidy. The guys were respectful of ourselves and our property. This is the second time we've used them to replace an hvac and both times they were completely responsive to all of our wants and needs.

This was my first time using this company and overall I was pleased. They were pleasant to deal with over the phone and sent me text updates before the tech arrived. Brad (the tech) was great! Although he couldn’t really do anything cuz our a/c system is tied into our generator which is most likely where the problem is at. However, he did an overall check and pointed out a few things that could be addressed after the initial issue is solved. I look forward to their services in the future.
