Anchor responded quickly and made scheduling my installation very easy
T Rex and Brandon were amazing they worked from 7-5 on a Saturday installing my New HVAC system. Brandon was very knowledgeable and T Rex aint afraid to work long hours to make sure the Job is done! I’d recommend them for your Heating and AC needs anytime! Thanks
I absolutely love Anchor Heating & Air! I’ve been using their services for several years including installation of a new furnace and air conditioner, have ALWAYS been given OUTSTANDING service. Today was GREAT with Jermaine, he was VERY polite, professional, took time and answered my questions, explained what he did on this maintenance call, very RESPECTFUL of me and made sure he closed my crawl space door and fence gates. I APPRECIATE good representation of a company, and Jermaine was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. THANK YOU Anchor Heating & Air for providing once again, utmost professionalism.

We’ve had consistently positive experiences with this company. They’ve been servicing and repairing our aging HVAC system for about 6 years now. Service techs are friendly, professional, on time. They have never recommended unnecessary repair or replacement and are helping us get the most out of our 18 year old system. We’ll probably use them to replace it when the time comes.

Carlene at the main office always goes above & beyond to ensure the scheduling process, for both routine maintenance and emergency repairs, is as smooth as possible. Jermaine was my technician today -he was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you team Anchor.
Jermaine serviced the a/c. He was polite, patient with questions, and very professional. Problems and concerns were addressed and clearly answered.
Rex, Todd, Nick, and Wes arrived at my location right on time and ran the gas lines for my four gas systems. When they were finished my lab was cleaner than when they arrived. Piping was level and properly secured to the concrete wall. An overall solid and professional install. I would complement them more, but I truly believe this is their high standard for every job they do. They truly exceeded way beyond my expectations. Thank you Anchor team, including Larry who worked with me to determine my need and gave clear guidance on what to expect.

Chase was polite, detailed in explaining what he was doing. Took his time to be sure all maintenance was completed thoroughly. Stephanie is also very quick in responding to any questions and setting up appointment according to my schedule. Chase was On time, actually early but notified me if it was convenient to arrival earlier than scheduled.

I am always so impressed by the quality of the mechanics you put on my projects and send to my home/office. I am a mechanical engineer, P.E., in the HVAC/R commercial construction business for 35 yrs and registered to practice in over 30 states. Anchor takes care of PM at my office and home, but they have also been the mechanical contractor on many of my HVAC projects in the SE USA in the last 20 plus years. Brandon and Sterling were at the house today installing fans in my attic to help with removing the moisture that collects up there on the bottom of the roof decking during the winter which is caused by showers, cooking, breathing etc. Brandon and Sterling were very polite, professional and very capable. They worked all day in a very cramped attic where you have to belly crawl everywhere. Even after 7hrs of doing that, they were still smiling and cracking jokes at the end of the day. Most customers only write to complain, so I wanted you to know about something that Anchor does right. The character and quality of your employees is a reflection of the atmosphere set by the managers and supervisors at Anchor. You guys do a wonderful job.
I've been using Anchor for a few year now, including some large jobs like most recently replacing two gas furnaces/blowers. They do neat, professional work. They explain options well and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. They did everything they said they would, on time, for the price they quoted. System is working great.
Mr Bentley was awesome the installer Jason and Norris were good and Mike the Service Repair man was Excellent I'm glad we had Anchor Heating and Air I had an AWESOME Service man come out his name is Josh he was so professional knowledgeable and fixed the problem TY you Anchor Heating and Air
I've been impressed with Anchor for several years now, and will continue to rely on them in the foreseeable future. Anytime I call I'm met with super friendly and quick responses. The office staff have been great and communicate really well. They seen very organized and diligent. I and other family members continue to use the maintenance service plan and it's helped us head off necessary repairs, etc, in a timely manner. During my most recent Fall service call we discovered my 13 year old Heat Pump all-in-one unit was finally on it's last leg...the heat strips were able to do their job but the actual pump was done; there was a leak in the unit with no refrigerant left and the R22 is no longer readily available. While no one wants to spend that kind of money on a new system there was no choice. Anchor was able to get and install my new system the next day! I was literally up and running within 24 hours. The salesman Alan was easy to work with and the technicians, Norris and Jason were great! I definitely recommend Anchor for their quality service across the board. For years now my family has had a great experience with Anchor Douglasville and we expect that to continue!
David Bentley came out and designed our system for our new house. He talked us through all of our options and we are so happy with our system! 10/10 recommend!!!
I can not say enough good things about the quality and professionalism of this team. They moved quickly to repair my system during the hot summer. I would recommend them hands down over similar companies in my area.
