The tech arrived st 8 pm . They charge a 199.00 fee. He really didn't listen to my issue but immediately went to the furnace and started taking it apart. After watching him stare at wires fioe 30 minutes I asked if maybe it could be the thermostat. He told me probably not. After an hour he checked the thermostat and said it was bad then proceeded to offer me a thermostat for 400 and one for 600. I declined and told him to out everything back. While Bruno was very pleasant and professional he did not appear to be well trained . Didnt follow and trouble shooting methods . On Sunday I went to hone depot and purchased the same thermostat he offered for 69.00. Pretty sure I won't use RSAndrews again .
Had called and made an appointment for blocked drain line from the kitchen. The tech ran a snake , and he though he found the block and then he stopped. And said it was the Septic tank , it wasn't. He might have been there 1 hr. And charged me 379.00. Way over charged .STAY..AWAY FROM THIS CO.
Jonathan is my new favorite person. He was professional. He was kind and he helped resolve the issue almost immediately. I look forward to RS Andrews, making me smile more in the future.
R S Andrews always shows up on time and takes care of the issue. Today they had a simple fix, but after 2 hours my air still wasn’t cooling so Sean was back in 30 mins and didn’t leave until it was working.

Today, was my first time using RS Andrews Plumbing and I’m thoroughly impressed! Ezekiel was my service technician. He is an efficient, proficient and skilled service technician! He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work necessary, to resolve my plumbing issue. He arrived early (a huge plus for me)! He replaced a thermal expansion tank (on top of the hot water heater) in a timely manner and ran the necessary test/checks to ensure the hot water worked properly. I highly recommend Ezekiel as a service provider! If you need a thermal expansion tank replaced, ask for him! I am well pleased with the service, I received today by RS Andrews Plumbing Co.😊
Desmond was great, I work in HVAC industry myself and can say from experience he knew his stuff and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Really nice guy to talk to as well. Hope I get him every time

Had Jonathan from AR Andrews come out to checkout my HVAC systems. Long story short, this guy was awesome. He gave me options, insight, and good service! I’ve found my HVAC company for the future.
RS Andrews sent a sales guy dressed as a repair guy. The expert didn't really do anything other than push a full replacement once he determined that the unit was 20 yrs old. He did offer really expensive options for simple services like cleaning (only takes ~ 20 min) and charging. RS Andrews assumes that the homeowner doesn't know anything so they try to scare you into unnecessary additional services.
The diagnostic process was great. Josh was very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Lynn was very patient while working with me to get all the logistics sorted out. Elmer and his crew came in early and stayed late to make sure the job got done right. They were very thorough and I'm happy to no longer have a janky set up that hardly works. Thanks everyone! You saved my summer!!
Very pleased with the electrical work Robert W. completed. He installed a chandelier and did a circuit extension. He also explained all details and cleaned up area after completion. I will use RS Andrews for future needs.
This company’s scheduling staff are on the ball! They sent their technician, Harold, out to me first thing this morning! And Harold was super! His knowledge and expertise as an electrician were evident, and his professional and courteous conduct totally won me over. I’m a new customer but I’ll be calling for additional services soon, because I am really happy with the service I received today.

This morning Andrew and Carlos came out to remove old ductwork that had been poorly installed 6 years ago and was leaking about 40%-50% of the cold air into the attic, and they installed all new ductwork. They arrived early and were very nice and pleasant gentlemen. Great personalities and the job, when finished, looked amazing! The price was more reasonable than I imagined, and for this I was truly grateful, because it was work that had to be done. I was concerned it would be more than I could muster up, but it worked out great!
I first met with Mr. Raymond, who is a professional and down to earth salesperson. He explained and answered any questions I had and was very thorough with all the answers. He also explained all my credit options that would fit my situation. I felt very comfortable from start to finish. The 2 installers were right on time, were very kind and courteous and explained the process of the install. The installers workers very efficiently, effectively and without any disruption throughout the time they were here. No clean up was left for me. I was shown how to us the thermostat and how to replace the filter. I would definitely recommend RC Andrews to anyone needing HVAC.
David and the RS Andrews team did an excellent job bringing our home’s electrical system up to code and repairing damage caused by a tree falling on the electrical wires. They worked efficiently and completed the job in two days. David explained the entire process well and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend RS Andrews.
Great job! Sam came in and was very respectful, quick, and explained all that he was doing. He was able to resolve our problem for a reasonable price and was in and out in less than an hour. We had been sleeping in the dark for a few nights trying to decide what to do, but RS Andrews was able to get us an appointment the very next day after I called. Thank you for helping us get the lights back on!
