Good experience with Chris and with GB Services overall at the end of 2022. They were prompt with the estimate and the service. Our HVAC replacement wasn't an easy job as they ran into a couple of bad surprises along the way, and the team patiently worked through them. The new unit ended up being slightly bigger than the doorway, and they had to remove a piece of the frame. I'll admit the end result left a couple of scratches in places, but considering the issue and effort I'm pleased with the result. It was a long, frustrating day for Chris and team, I know. I appreciate how hard they worked and their commitment to getting it done that day. The price seemed reasonable, and we'll work with them again for future needs.

Troy, Marcus, Chris and Alex at GB Services have been a great source of help -- and solace -- in getting and keeping my 13+ year old HVAC system in solid working order. What a relief!! Each has been, not only responsive and professional, but incredibly respectful and kind in explaining the service they provided. All three guys are personable and patient. Christopher came out the next day after our A/C Unit quit on Tuesday night, and the system back up and running in under 30 minutes! Service exceeded expectations, and I would absolutely recommend.

From the first phone call all the way to my unit being changed the customer service and communication was exceptional . Adam and Alex did a great job the day of installation and replacement of our unit. I am very happy with the company overall. I Highly recommend GB Services HVAC!
We've used them for several years maintaining the old system that came with our older house and every time they've been out to us quickly, made repairs on the spot, and always shared information on how to keep the system running well. Highly recommended!

Chris, with GB Services, is always very respectful and quick to check on our systems (Great Guy..... Great Tech). I've been with GB Services for 10yrs or better, and they have always treated me honestly and fairly even if it was bad news..... Never have they over sold or, in contrast, under sold. It's always been what I needed for the situation to accommodate my goal of either keeping a unit running or replacing the unit with something more modern or efficient.

I used GB Services last Saturday on an emergency call at a rental condominium I own. My tenant is not in the best of health and she had no heat on a cold day. Chris with GB answered the call quickly even though it was on a Saturday and did a great job of solving our problem. Thanks Chris and GB Services
Chris came out and did a check on both of our units. He was so professional and very informative. This company is so awesome. Chris answered all of my maintenance questions on our heat and will return in the spring for the A/C maintenance. They are the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with.
